Abstract:
An apparatus and method for testing web service interoperability. The apparatus includes a state model generator generating a state model of a composition system expressing an operation of exchanging a message when web services interoperate with each other as a state machine on the basis of content of a simple object access protocol (SOAP) service description language (SSDL) web service specification, a test structure generator generating a web service test structure by including information about an operating environment in which a web service test is carried out in a composition system structure that includes structured information about web services performing a message exchange operation, a test case generator generating a test case including definitions of execution functions for testing whether or not the web services interoperate with each other according to a message exchange operation sequence defined in the SSDL specification, from the state model of the composition system and information about the web service test structure, and a test case executor inputting a value to the test case to cause test target web services to execute the test case and testing whether the web services interoperate with each other according to the message exchange operation sequence defined in the SSDL specification.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a coding apparatus and method using residual bits. Accordingly, performance (voice quality) is enhanced by quantizing a full-band gain of frequency coefficients existing in sub-bands to which bits are not assigned in an algebraic vector quantization (AVQ). Further, the performance (voice quality) is enhanced by sequentially quantizing a sub-band gain of sub-bands to which bits are not assigned until residual bits are removed. Furthermore, the performance (voice quality) is enhanced by demodulating AVQ coefficients, and correcting quantization noises starting with a coefficient having the greatest absolute coefficient among the AVQ coefficients, when residual bits additionally remain.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method of improving the quality of a speech codec are provided. In the method, a first energy of a signal decoded by a low-band codec is calculated, and a second energy of a signal decoded by a low-band enhancement mode is calculated. Then, when the first energy is less than a first threshold value or less than a product of the second energy and a second threshold value, a size of the decoded signal is scaled. Accordingly, generation of a quantization error with respect to a silence segment is reduced.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a liquid formulation which allows long-acting G-CSF conjugates, that have improved in vivo duration and stability, to be stable when stored for a long period of time. It comprises a stabilizer composition characterized by buffer and mannitol. Being free of human serum albumin and other potential factors harmful to the body, the liquid formulation is free of concerns about viral infections and guarantees excellent storage stability to long-acting G-CSF conjugates.
Abstract:
A post-filtering apparatus and method for speech enhancement in a modified discrete cosine transform (MDCT) domain are disclosed. In the apparatus and method, previous and current MDCT coefficients are used for obtaining a speech spectrum coefficient similar to a real speech spectrum, and a convex function is used for transforming the speech spectrum coefficient and obtaining a post-filter coefficient so that difference can increase in the case where the speech spectrum coefficient is small but decrease in the case where the coefficient is large. Then, the post-filter coefficient is applied to the MDCT coefficient. With this configuration, both the current and previous MDCT values are used, so that it is possible to obtain a spectrum coefficient similar to the real speech spectrum and to obtain a more accurate filter coefficient. Further, the coefficient is adaptively transformed through the convex function, thereby enhancing speech quality.
Abstract:
An access point (AP) measures a congestion level of a transmission channel representing a collision probability between frames at a channel busy duration and transmits the congestion level to a terminal. Therefore, the terminal extracts a congestion level that is included in a frame that is received from the AP through a scan process for searching for an AP to which the terminal is to connect. The terminal selects an AP to connect from at least one AP based on the extracted congestion level of the transmission channel.

An index management device of a service level agreement system includes: an external link processor for receiving a customized service request for requesting a different service per subscriber received by a subscriber subscription management system; a quality manager for extracting needed information from output information from the external link processor; an index management interface for checking a characteristic of the output information from the quality manager and an information management method; a table storage unit for storing index information of the service level agreement system; and an index manager for managing the index information stored in the table storage unit according to the customized service request and a request from the index management interface.
Abstract:
A system for managing customized SLA monitoring for providing a customized SLA monitoring service is linked with an external system to receive an external index order for a customer line subscribed in the service. The system reflects demands of the customer included in the external index order on SLA management data to update the SLA management data. Further, the system uses the updated SLA management data to determine whether to monitor with the external system and the customer line according to the result of the determination.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for controlling voice quality in WLAN is provided. The codec bit rate of wireless terminals is adjusted by collecting channel state information for determining a channel occupation time of wireless terminals connected to an access point, adjusting the codec bit rate of the wireless terminals based on channel occupancy of the wireless terminals with respect to total channel capacity, which is determined using the channel state information, and transmitting the adjusted codec bit rate to each of the wireless terminals.
Abstract:
Provided are a method and a system for controlling access authentication in the process of a handover. The method of controlling access authentication in the process of handover of a mobile node in a network that consists of a core network and a plurality of access networks, the method comprising: when the mobile node initially accesses a first access network, performing access authentication of the mobile node and registering and managing the authentication information by using a user profile server, and searching for a host channel adaptor adjacent to the mobile node and transmitting identification, a profile, and authentication information of the mobile node to a network access server, in which the searched host channel adaptor is mounted, by using a mobility control server; when the mobile node moves to a second access network, performing a handover procedure and performing re-access authentication procedure by transferring authentication information regarding the handover to a network access server which is included in the second access network; and after performing the re-access authentication procedure, searching for a host channel adaptor adjacent to the mobile node and transmitting authentication information to a network access server which includes the searched host channel adaptor by using the mobility control server. Accordingly, an access delay time in the process of a handover can be reduced.
