摘要： Disclosed are a polymer electrolyte membrane for fuel cells and a membrane electrode assembly and fuel cell including the same. The polymer electrolyte membrane includes a fluorine-based cation exchange resin having proton conductivity and fibrous nanoparticles having a hydrophilic group. By using the fluorine-based cation exchange resin having proton conductivity and the fibrous nanoparticles having a hydrophilic group in combination, performance of a fuel cell including the polymer electrolyte membrane is not deteriorated and the polymer electrolyte membrane prevents gases from permeating thereinto and has enhanced durability for extended use. A fuel cell including the above-described polymer electrolyte membrane is provided.

The photovoltaic cell can be sensitive to infrared light, for example light having a wavelength greater than 1 μm. The apparatus can be arranged such that the one direction in which the OLED emits is toward the inside of a building or other structure and not out into the environment.

摘要： An apparatus and method of improving the quality of a speech codec are provided. In the method, a first energy of a signal decoded by a low-band codec is calculated, and a second energy of a signal decoded by a low-band enhancement mode is calculated. Then, when the first energy is less than a first threshold value or less than a product of the second energy and a second threshold value, a size of the decoded signal is scaled. Accordingly, generation of a quantization error with respect to a silence segment is reduced.

The method includes searching, by the VLC device, for a first mobile terminal in a plurality of cells; locating the first mobile terminal in a first cell among the plurality of cells; exchanging data with the first mobile using a light source of the first cell; determining whether a response signal corresponding to data reception is received from the first mobile terminal in the first cell; searching for the first mobile terminal in a neighboring cell of the first cell, if the response signal is not received; and determining the neighboring cell as a second cell for visible light activation, if the first mobile terminal is located in the neighboring cell.
