    Abstract: An intruder detection method is provided, comprising a security server sending a verification prompt to a device in a controlled-access area, based on an entry indication of an entrant into the controlled-access area, with the verification prompt indicating the entrant should perform a predefined verification action, the security server receiving entrant behavior information, the security server comparing the entrant behavior information to a behavior model of a set of authorized persons associated with the controlled-access area, with the behavior model including the verification prompt, and the security server generating an intruder indication if the entrant behavior information does not match a behavior sequence included in the behavior model.

    Abstract: A method includes requesting, by a first wireless intelligent content acceleration (WICA) unit, content from a provider and receiving, by the first WICA unit, a first transmission over a backhaul link, the first transmission being based on the request. The method also includes determining whether the first transmission includes a signature without a first block of data or the signature and the first block of data. Additionally, the method includes, upon determining that the first transmission includes the signature without the first block of data, retrieving the first block of data from a content cache in accordance with the signature, and, upon determining that the first transmission includes the signature and the first block of data, saving the signature and the first block of data in the content cache. Also, the method includes processing the first block of data.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to technology for machine type communication (MTC) in an information centric network. A record is stored that identifies multiple MTC devices having one or more of the same functions. The multiple MTC devices form a group with a unique name. The group of MTC devices is managed to add one or more other connected MTC devices to the information centric network, where the one or more other connected MTC devices have one or more of the same functions as the MTC devices already included in the group. A message is then published in the information centric network, where the message includes a unique name of the group of MTC devices and an address of a next hop towards the group of MTC devices.

    Abstract: A network node that provides egress fault protection for a primary egress node. The network node may receive a service label associated with an application from a primary egress node of a primary label switched path (LSP). The network node may use the service label to add a forwarding entry into a forwarding table associated with the primary egress node. Following a fault in the primary egress node, the network node may receive a data packet comprising an LSP label and the service label from a partial backup LSP. The network node may use the LSP label to locate the forwarding table associated with the primary egress node. The service label may be used to deliver the data packet to a destination node according to the forwarding table associated with the primary egress node.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides embodiments of method, system and devices to convert whispered speech to normal speech intelligently through deep learning, therefore whispered speech can be more robust to interference and more intelligible to listener. A first audio signal is received including first whispered speech; a first plurality of computations are performed on the first audio signal to extract a first features; the first features are provided as input to a trained deep neural network (DNN) model to obtain output of the DNN model comprising a second features; and an inverse of the first plurality of computations are performed on the second features to produce a second audio signal corresponding to a non-whispered version of the first whispered speech.
