    Abstract: An offshore wind power-based water electrolysis system includes an offshore wind turbine generator installed offshore to produce electricity using offshore wind energy, a water electrolysis facility installed offshore to produce hydrogen by electrolysis of water using the electricity, a hydrogen maritime transport apparatus to transport the hydrogen produced through the water electrolysis facility to onshore, a hydrogen above-ground storage facility installed on ground to store the transported hydrogen and dispense the hydrogen to ground transport apparatuses, and a system maintenance and management apparatus to calculate and notify a remaining useful life of blades in the offshore wind turbine generator by performing debonding damage simulation, fatigue crack growth simulation and remaining useful life simulation of the blades in a sequential order, and determine and notify stability through finite element analysis for each hydrogen tank in the hydrogen maritime transport apparatus and the hydrogen above-ground storage facility.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a stealth device that has a double-band stealth function against millimeter-wavelength electromagnetic waves, has high absorption at a near-infrared laser wavelength, and has low emissivity of mid-infrared light and long-infrared light. The stealth device includes a wavelength-selective absorption pattern layer made of a material having electrical conductivity, wherein the wavelength-selective absorption pattern layer is composed of conductive thin-film patterns capable of causing plasmonic resonance at a first wavelength and a second wavelength different from the first wavelength; and a dielectric layer disposed below the wavelength-selective absorption pattern layer and made of a dielectric material.

    Abstract: According to a photobiomodulation method and system for inducing the activity of a brain-derived nerve growth factor in a hippocampal tissue, proposed by the present invention, a photobiomodulation (PBMT or PBM) method, which is a therapy using infrared to seat-infrared (wavelength of 600-1100 nm) light, is utilized, thereby delaying the death of cells, promoting the proliferation of meristematic cells, and inducing natural treatment without the risk of adverse reactions to a disease or lesion, in a simple and easy manner in which low-level laser light is irradiated into a living body, based on the principle that certain molecules in the living body can absorb photons and trigger signaling pathways in response to light of a specific wavelength band.
