Abstract: A sensor estimation server and a sensor estimation method thereof are provided. The sensor estimation server receives first sensor values of deploying sensors to each of servers from the servers, and receives added sensor values of deploying added sensor to each of the servers from the servers. The sensor estimation server calculates correlations between the added sensor and the sensors based on the added sensor values and the first sensor values, and selects target sensors accordingly. The sensor estimation server calculates estimation parameters according to the added sensor values and target sensor values of deploying the target sensors to each of servers. The sensor estimation server receives second sensor values of deploying the target sensors to under-test servers from the under-test servers, and calculates a sensor estimation value based on the estimation parameters and the second sensor values.

Abstract: A semantic analysis apparatus, method, and non-transitory computer readable storage medium thereof are provided. The semantic analysis apparatus performs phrase analysis on a Chinese character string to obtain several groups and semantically analyzes the groups to obtain at least one first probability distribution, wherein each first probability distribution has several first probability values corresponding to several tags one-to-one. The semantic analysis apparatus divides the Chinese character string into several Chinese characters and semantically analyzes the Chinese characters to obtain at least one second probability distribution, wherein each second probability distribution has several second probability values corresponding to the tags one-to-one. The semantic analysis apparatus calculates at least one third probability distribution based on the at least one first probability distribution and the at least one second probability distribution and determines at least one output information of the Chinese character string based on the at least one third probability distribution.

Abstract: A machine-type communication system and a massive small data transmission method thereof are provided. The machine-type communication system includes a base station and a plurality of mobile apparatuses. Each mobile apparatus has its own unique private vector data provided by the base station. The plurality of mobile apparatuses includes a first mobile apparatus with first private vector data. The base station receives a plurality of small data corresponding to the plurality of mobile apparatuses from a backhaul network server, and calculates scalar data, which corresponds to the plurality of small data, according to the plurality of small data and the plurality of private vector data. The base station transmits the scalar data to each of the plurality of mobile apparatuses using broadcast or multicast manner. The first mobile apparatus retrieves first small data from the scalar data according to the first private vector data. The first small data corresponds to the first mobile apparatus.

Abstract: A wireless device, a base station, a random access method and a preamble configuration method are provided. The mobile communication system defines a plurality of preambles, a plurality of low priority preamble sets, and a high priority preamble set. The low priority preamble sets have a strict partial order relationship therebetween. The high priority preamble set and the highest-order low priority preamble set are independent from each other. When requiring random access from a base station, the wireless device randomly selects a preamble from the low priority preamble sets to transmit a random access request message to the base station by using the selected preamble. When the request for random access fails, the wireless device with low priority randomly reselects a preamble from the higher-order low priority preamble set, and the wireless device with high priority randomly reselects a preamble from the high priority preamble set.
