An apparatus for locking a table of a seat back to selectively secure the table in multiple stages, may include a base, a shaft coupled to the base and the table, an actuating arm fastened to the shaft and rotatable with the shaft, the actuating arm having actuating gear teeth, a locking arm rotatably provided on the base, wherein the locking arm includes locking gear teeth and the locking gear teeth is selectively engaged with the actuating gear teeth by the actuating arm such that when the actuating arm is rotated in a forward direction, the actuating gear teeth is engaged with the locking gear teeth or pass over the locking gear teeth according to rotational degree of the actuating arm, and a locking arm holding unit co-axially coupled with the actuating arm to the base and selectively activated by the actuating arm.

A structure for improving performance of an active headrest comprises a lumbar support plate which is installed within a seat back frame and supports the body of an occupant; a lumbar support interlocking wire which operates by being interlocked with the lumbar support plate and a link bracket which is disposed on the lumbar support interlocking wire and is rotated by the lumbar support interlocking wire so as to rotate a link connecting pipe which raises an active headrest pipe; a stopper which is disposed behind the active headrest pipe and is installed to an inner side of the seat back frame; and a hooking projection which supports a lower end portion of the active headrest pipe such that the active headrest pipe cannot go down during a vehicle impact.

Disclosed are a method and a system for generating switching control signal separating transmission signal on an access point and a mobile communication terminal in an optical repeater employing, for example, a TDD scheme. The method includes the steps of generating a control signal for generating a switching control signal in transmitting data from the AP and transmitting the control information to a remote during an idle time interval, detecting synchronization information on the downlink signal and time-delay information from the control information, delaying a time interval between the synchronization information and a starting point of the downlink signal, generating the switching control signal for the downlink signal according to the transmission time information of the downlink signal, and performing a switching operation according to the switching control signal and setting a downlink path.

An electrophotographic image forming apparatus and a halftoning correction method thereof are provided. The electrophotographic image forming apparatus according to the example embodiments of the present invention, comprises a storage unit storing a plurality of dot patterns representing print characteristics of a print engine, a data area dividing unit dividing halftoned print data into data areas respectively having the same size as the dot patterns, a pattern extraction unit extracting an appropriate dot pattern with respect to each of the divided data areas by comparing dots in the data areas to the dot patterns, and a pattern converter changing the data area to the extracted dot pattern. Therefore, an optimal halftoned image can be provided.

An apparatus and a method adapted for shielding and removing fine particles for a portable camera module generated during a portable camera module fabricating process. The portable camera module includes an image sensor and an infrared ray filter. The apparatus includes a tape attaching device for attaching a surface protective tape on a surface of the infrared ray filter so as to prevent fine particles from being attached to the surface of the infrared ray filter, and a tape detaching device movably installed above the surface protective tape in order to detach the surface protective tape having fine particles shielded from the surface of the infrared ray filter. The fine particles are attached to the surface protective tape, which remains shielding the surface of the infrared ray filter during the holder attaching, primary heat treatment, secondary heat treatment, and under filling processes are subsequently carried out. The tape detaching device is moved downward to attach to the surface of the protective tape using vacuum, and is moved upwardly to separate the surface protective tape from the surface of the infrared ray filter, while the vacuum is still being applied.

Disclosed is a method for forming a synchronous frame to be transmitted in a Residential Ethernet System, which is capable of discretely transmitting synchronous data and asynchronous data, wherein the synchronous frame includes synchronous packets which are formed according to destinations of synchronous data. The method includes the steps of: receiving the synchronous data having different destinations, and classifying the received synchronous data according to the destinations of the synchronous data; adding a synchronous header to each of the synchronous data classified according to the destinations in order to insert synchronous information into each synchronous data; and adding an Ethernet header for Ethernet processing, thereby forming the synchronous packets.
