    摘要: A drawer-type mobile phone includes a main body with a drawer cover which is slidably movable along a face of the main body. The drawer cover has a panel form, allowing sides of the drawer cover to move along both side faces of the main body. A speaker is mounted at an upper inner surface of the drawer cover, and is connected with an audio amplifier of the main body through a connection member. An antenna is movably connected with a tuner terminal of the main body, and is able to move with the drawer cover as it opens and closes. An operating unit is provided which allows the drawer cover to be moved by one touch. This drawer type mobile phone allows for improved ease of use and transmitting/receiving sensitivity with a simplified structure.

    摘要: DC offset is compensated for in an analog front end (AFE) circuit having an amplifier and an analog-to-digital converter (ADC). First data processed by the ADC are low pass filtered and estimated DC offset data of the ADC are obtained in ADC DC offset calibration mode. Second data processed by the ADC and the amplifier are low pass filtered, and a first DC offset of the ADC are substantially removed from the filtered second data by subtracting the estimated DC offset data from the filtered second data, thereby obtaining second compensated DC offset data of the amplifier in an amplifier DC offset calibration mode. The second compensated DC offset data is iteratively improved and first compensated DC offset data of the amplifier are obtained. The first compensated DC offset data are transformed into an analog signal, and the analog signal is subtracted from an input signal of the amplifier during operation mode.

    摘要: There is provided an assembly of a light source and an optical detector, each using a vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL). To control light emission of the VCSEL light source, spontaneous light emitted laterally therefrom is converted into an electrical signal. The optical detector for monitoring light is provided around the light source to supply the feedback electrical signal. The inner surface facing the light source of the optical detector is circular to absorb the spontaneous light and the outer surface thereof is polygonal having a plurality of peaks and valleys. Therefore, most of spontaneous light absorbed in the optical detector is reflected within, not penetrating the outer surface thereof, thereby extending the path of the spontaneous light in the optical detector and increasing the light intensity converted into an electrical signal.
