    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a channel measurement and feedback method, a network device, and a system, and relate to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: receiving, by a first network device, pilot port configuration information sent by a second network device, where the pilot port configuration information is used to describe at least two pilot ports; measuring, by using the at least two pilot ports, a pilot signal sent by the second network device, and determining first information, where the first information includes at least one of second information of the first network device or third information of a third network device when it is assumed that the first network device and the third network device communicate with the second network device by performing spatial multiplexing on a same time frequency resource.

The method includes: dividing, by a base station, to-be-transmitted data into at least two sets, and configuring a transmit power for each of the at least two sets; and sending, by the base station, data in each set to a terminal device at the transmit power configured for each set. In the embodiments of this application, the to-be-transmitted data is divided into the at least two sets, a transmit power is configured individually for each set, and the data in each set is sent to the terminal device at the transmit power configured for each set.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a signal transmission method and device. The method includes: determining, by a sending device, a target precoding matrix V, where V=(H)−1·{tilde over (H)}, H indicates a channel matrix between the sending device and a receiving device, {tilde over (H)} indicates an equivalent channel matrix between the sending device and the receiving device, ({tilde over (H)}H·{tilde over (H)}) or ({tilde over (H)}·{tilde over (H)}H) is a diagonal matrix, and {tilde over (H)} is related to a transmission distance D between the sending device and the receiving device and an element spacing of an antenna of the receiving device; and sending, by the sending device, a signal to the receiving device according to the target precoding matrix V. Because {tilde over (H)} meets a characteristic that ({tilde over (H)}H·{tilde over (H)}) or ({tilde over (H)}·{tilde over (H)}H) is a diagonal matrix, a channel corresponding to {tilde over (H)} can support multiple data stream transmission. Therefore, the signal transmission method and device provided in the embodiments of the present invention can support multiple data stream transmission.
