The support preferably has a thickness of from 0.002 to 0.012 mm. As the support, plastic films (especially, a polyethylene terephthalate film) are suitable. The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet may have a length of 5 m or more and have a roll-wound form.
