摘要: Provided are a perovskite light emitting device containing an exciton buffer layer, and a method for manufacturing the same. The light emitting device of the present invention comprises: an exciton buffer layer in which a first electrode, a conductive layer disposed on the first electrode and comprising a conductive material, and a surface buffer layer containing fluorine-based material having lower surface energy than the conductive material are sequentially deposited; a light-emitting layer disposed on the exciton buffer layer and containing a perovskite light-emitter; and a second electrode disposed on the light-emitting layer. Accordingly, a perovskite is formed with a combined FCC and BSS crystal structure in a nanoparticle light-emitter. The present invention can also form a lamellar or layered structure in which an organic plane and an inorganic plane are alternatively deposited; and an exciton can be bound by the inorganic plane, thereby being capable of expressing high color purity.

摘要: Single-layer LEDs were developed using a composite thin film of organometal halide perovskite (Pero) and poly (ethylene oxide) (PEO). Single-layer Pero LEDs have a device structure that resembles “bottom electrode (ITO)/Pero-PEO/top electrode (In/Ga or Au)”. Green emission LEDs with methylammonium lead bromide (bromide-Pero) and PEO composite thin films exhibit a low turn-on voltage of about 2.8-3.1 V (defined at 1 cd m−2 luminance), a maximum luminance of 4064 cd m−2 and a moderate maximum current efficiency of about 0.24-0.74 cd A−1. Blue and red emission LEDs have also been fabricated using Cl/Br or Br/I alloyed Pero-PEO composite thin films.

It also deals with a polymeric material comprising a polymer matrix which has polymerized with this luminescent salt.

摘要: A phosphorescent transition metal complex especially suitable as sensor for hydrogen peroxide in cells, in particular in mitochondria in live cells, includes a metallic central atom, which is a transition metal, a first ligand with at least one pyridine ring, and a second ligand having at least one pyridine ring and at least one structural component selected from the group of 1,2-diketone moiety and an arylboronate moiety. A method for preparing the metal complex is also disclosed as well as a method of detecting hydrogen peroxide in cells by incubating cells with the transition metal complex. The metal complex shows advantageous intense and long-lived phosphorescence accompanied by exceptional cellular localization properties. The metal complex is highly photostable and highly selective towards hydrogen peroxide, thus, especially suitable for detecting mitochondrial H2O2.

摘要: Provided are an organic-inorganic-hybrid perovskite nanocrystal particle light-emitter having a two-dimensional structure, a method for producing the same, and a light emitting device using the same. The organic-inorganic-hybrid perovskite nanocrystal particle light-emitter having a two-dimensional structure comprises an organic-inorganic-hybrid perovskite nanocrystal structure having a two-dimensional structure which can be dispersed in an organic solvent. Accordingly, the nanocrystal particle light-emitter comprises an organic-inorganic-hybrid perovskite nanocrystal having a crystal structure combining FCC and BCC; forms a lamellar structure where organic planes and inorganic planes are accumulated in an alternating manner; and can exhibit high color purity by confining excitons in the inorganic planes. In addition, since the exciton diffusion distance decreases and exciton binding energy increases, it is possible to prevent exciton annihilation caused by thermal ionization and delocalization of charge carriers, such that the nanocrystal particle light-emitter can have high luminescence efficiency at room temperature.

摘要: To provide a light-emitting element with high emission efficiency and low driving voltage. The light-emitting element includes a guest material and a host material. A LUMO level of the guest material is lower than a LUMO level of the host material. An energy difference between the LUMO level and a HOMO level of the guest material is larger than an energy difference between the LUMO level and a HOMO level of the host material. The guest material has a function of converting triplet excitation energy into light emission. An energy difference between the LUMO level of the guest material and the HOMO level of the host material is larger than or equal to energy of light emission of the guest material.
