摘要: A patch antenna apparatus with a simple structure can obtain an improved desired projection area in accordance with a projection space. The patch has a dielectric substrate with a grounding conductor on its bottom surface. On the dielectric substrate is formed at least one conductor patch having a first feeding point for producing resonance in parallel to the X-axis at a predetermined resonance frequency and a second feeding point for producing resonance in parallel to the Y-axis at the resonance frequency. A controller for a power distributing and combining circuit controls each of radio signals of the resonance frequency fed to the first and second feeding points so as to change at least one of the amplitude and phase thereof. When the radio signals of the resonance frequency are fed to the first and second feeding points, the patch antenna apparatus projects radio waves including two linear polarizations which are parallel to the X and Y axes and which cross each other to be perpendicular to each other in a projection directional pattern corresponding to the control for the radio signals by the controller of the power distributing and combining circuit.

摘要: A voltage-controlled resonator is fabricated by laminating, one on top of the other, a first dielectric which has a resonant circuit and on the upper surface of which a variable-capacitance element is mounted, and a second dielectric which has a through-hole formed in a position thereof corresponding to the position of the variable-capacitance element and which has a dual function of shielding and resonant frequency tuning. With this structure, the height of the resonator can be further reduced compared with the prior art while retaining the shielding effect, and moreover, further precise resonant frequency tuning can be accomplished as compared with the prior art.

摘要: A washing apparatus includes a washing bath in which articles to be cleaned are washed. The washing bath contains a detergent of a kind containing a nonion surface active agent and a terpene-based solvent as principal components thereof. The articles to be cleaned are, after having been washed in the washing bath, immersed in a rinsing bath containing a rinsing water. The rinsing bath is provided with a recirculating passage extending from a portion of the rinsing bath back to another portion of the rinsing bath, a precision filter disposed on the recirculating passage and having a micro-porous membrane having an average pore size not smaller than 0.01 .mu.m, but not greater than 0.2 .mu.m, and an adsorbent filter containing a mass of activated carbon for substantially purifying the rinsing water which has been passed through the precision filter. The articles to be cleaned are first washed with the detergent of the specified kind and then rinsed within the rinsing bath. The rinsing water used for the articles is, after having been filtered through the micro-porous membrane, substantially purified by the adsorbent filter containing a mass of activated carbon.

摘要: The present invention relates to improvements on buckles used for belts, and more particularly it is used for fastening a belt which is provided with a plurality of shallow engagement grooves in a direction perpendicular to the direction of fastening of the belt. According to this buckle, an engagement piece is projected on the buckle body which is to be engaged with said grooves provided on the belt and which is capable of elastic deformation. The engagement piece can be pressed by a cam piece of a manipulating member which is pivotally fixed to the buckle body for swinging motion. The cam piece presses the engagement piece to release the same from the groove, thereby to unfasten and let the belt loosen.

摘要: A small-sized plate type fluid treatment apparatus for filtration and separation of fluid, transferring substances between fluids through membranes or passing specific substances contained in the fluid through membranes. Said apparatus consists of a plurality of stacked membrane arrangements which comprises membrane support-plates, each being molded in thickness of 1.2 mm or less by means of embossing or press work, and a single membrane interposed between said membrane support-plates. The membrane support-plate composing the membrane arrangements of this apparatus is so designed that the 1st fluid is fed into the space defined by the 1st membrane support-plate and the membrane, and the 2nd fluid is fed into the space defined by the 2nd membrane support-plate and the foresaid membrane, with no abruptly narrowed passage for fluid. Therefore, even when as thin a membrane support-plate as 1.2 mm or less in thickness is used, residence of bubbles is prevented in the fluid in the performance of the apparatus.

摘要: A panoramic imaging apparatus is provided, which is able to freely display a focus-optimized internal structural image of the tooth row depending on a position using image data acquired by only one-time X-ray panoramic imaging from an arbitrary section along a patient's tooth row.The panoramic imaging apparatus comprise an X-ray source (31) and a detector (32) outputting a digital electrical signal depending on an incident X-ray at a constant frame rate. This apparatus further comprises means (24) for moving a pair of the X-ray source and the detector around an object in a state where the X-ray source and the detector are opposed to each other with the object located therebetween, means (54) for sequentially storing, as frame data, the electrical signal outputted by the detector, means (56) for producing a panoramic image of a desired section of the object based on the frame data, and means (56, 57, 58) for producing a partial sectional image using the frame data, the partial sectional image being an image of a partial region specified on the panoramic image and being focused depending on a desired position in an imaging space.
