Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting a local home network identity (LHN ID) in a wireless communication system is provided. Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and a device for performing cell shaping. A base station can establish a cell shaping plan on the basis of current states. The current states may be the load of the base station and the traffic space distribution of the base station. The base station transmits a first message to a neighboring base station and receives a second message from the neighboring base station in response to the first message. The first message may include the cell shaping plan, and the second message may include whether or not the neighboring base station can perform cell shaping. Abstract: A method and apparatus for deciding a secondary eNB (SeNB) user equipment aggregate maximum bit rate (UE-AMBR) in a wireless communication system is provided. In another embodiment, the MeNB transmits an indication which requests change of a SeNB UE-AMBR to a SeNB, receives information related to a new SeNB UE-AMBR from the SeNB; and decides whether to change the SeNB UE-AMBR based on the information related to the new SeNB UE-AMBR.
