    摘要: There is provided a mold clamping apparatus which has a space-saving apparatus construction and can easily carry out mold replacement. The mold clamping apparatus includes: a base; a fixed die plate, fixed on the base, for mounting a fixed mold thereto; a movable die plate, disposed opposite the fixed die plate and movably on the base, for mounting a movable mold thereto; a mold opening/closing means for moving the movable die plate closer to and away from the fixed die plate; a plurality of mold clamping cylinders provided in the fixed die plate; mold clamping pistons fit in the mold clamping cylinders; a plurality of tie bars, each detachably mountable at one end to each mold clamping piston and penetrating the movable die plate and extending; a coupling means for releasably coupling each tie bar to the movable die plate at a position as determined depending on the sum of the thickness of the fixed mold and the thickness of the movable mold; and a tie bar retreating means which, when the movable die plate is in a backward position to form a space for mold replacement operation, moves at least one of the plurality of tie bars, which obstructs the mold replacement operation, backward to a retreat position.

    摘要: The present invention provides a die plate and a mold clamping apparatus equipped with the die plate for a die casting machine and so on capable of reducing dimensions of die height as small as possible. (Solution) A fix die plate FXPL and a moving die plate MVPL of a mold clamping apparatus on a base BS place a main mold with versatility inside, respectively. A pair of insert dies FINS and MINS is carried in to a mold opened space without disturbing tie bars TBU or TED located in an upper portion or a side portion. The pair of insert dies are separated and fastened to each of the main mold with versatility. The die height becomes zero or very small when the moving die plate positions at a mold closing position, and as the result dimension of the mold clamping apparatus in the direction of mold opening and closing can be shortened. Also, particularly the moving die plate can be avoided to tilt.

A semiconductor laser device includes a stem as a base member, and a cap member. The stem includes a main unit having a reference plane, and a heat sink platform as an element mount unit, located on the reference plane for mounting a laser element. The cap member is set on the reference plane of the stem so as to cover the heat sink platform. A hole is formed at the sidewall of the cap member facing the heat sink platform. Fixation between the cap member and the stem is established by fixedly attaching the portion at the inner side of the sidewall of the cap member adjacent the hole to the outer circumferential plane of a heat sink platform.

When a coupling is formed by the hook system, the withdrawal cylinders move the moveable parts to a withdrawing direction.

    摘要: The invention provides a polymer composite particle having superb blending stability even in a W/O emulsion cosmetic, a highly effective ultraviolet protection effect and a good feeling in use. The invention also relates to a method of producing the polymer composite particle and a cosmetic composition containing the polymer composite particle. A preferred polymer composite particle contains a metal oxide coated with a silicone and/or fluorine compound and has an average particle diameter of 1 μm or less, wherein the polymer composite particle is obtained by polymerizing a crosslinking agent with a vinyl monomer contained in an amount of 25% by weight based on 100% by weight of the sum of total of all the monomers and crosslinking agent and wherein the vinyl monomer has a solubility parameter calculated by the Fedors method of less than about 8.9. A preferred cosmetic composition may contain (A) a microparticle metal oxide having an average primary particle diameter of from 0.001 to 0.1 μm, and (B) a flake zinc oxide having an average primary particle size of from 0.1 μm to 1 μm and an average thickness of from 0.01 μm to 0.2 μm, which provides ultraviolet protection ability and visible-light transmittance.

    摘要: A sealing structure in a fuel cell comprises a pair of separators including gas passages and a membrane electrode assembly held by the pair of separators and having a polymerized electrolytic membrane and a electrode layer so as to form a fuel cell. The sealing structure seals a sealing portion between the pair of the separators and the polymerized electrolytic membrane. A sealing groove is provided to the sealing portion of one of the separators, and a first seal has a thickness greater than the depth of the sealing groove and a portion which is gradually narrowed toward an end thereof. A protrusion is provided to the sealing portion of the other separator, and a second seal having a constant width is provided to the front surface of the protrusion. The polymerized electrolytic membrane is held by the first seal and the second seal.
