    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a power supply for a high frequency heating that suppresses an over-shoot of an input current generated under an unstable state immediately after a magnetron begins oscillating.When processes from a non-oscillation to an oscillation of a magnetron (12) are finely classified, the non-oscillation (a start mode), the oscillation (a start mode) and the oscillation (a steady mode) are obtained. A problem resides in an unstable state immediately after the oscillation. When a PWM setting value at this time is set to a value lower than a PWM setting value in the steady mode, even if the PWM setting value during the steady mode is set to a maximum output value, the input current is not controlled to a large current including the over-shoot immediately after the oscillation. After the magnetron shifts to a stable state, the PWM setting value shifts to a PWM setting value of an actual steady mode, so that the over-shoot of the input current can be suppressed as much as possible.

    摘要: A drug solution infusion catheter includes a distal end wall made of an elastic material. The distal end wall closes a distal end surface of the catheter. A center portion of the distal end wall is thinner than a peripheral edge portion of the distal end wall. The center portion of the distal end wall defines a hole or an incision. The hole or the incision closes normally. When a guide wire is pressed against the hole or the incision from an inner side of the catheter or an outer side of the catheter, the hole or the incision elastically opens to allow the guide wire to pass therethrough. An outside of the peripheral edge portion of the distal end wall makes up the distal end surface of the catheter.

    摘要: A high frequency heating apparatus including a circuit for driving a magnetron. A circuit comprises a leakage transformer, a second capacitor connected in series to primary coil of said leakage transformer, a second switching device connected in parallel with a series circuit of said primary coil and second capacitor, a first capacitor connected in parallel with said second switching device, and a first switching device connected in series to said second switching device. Under a structure of the present invention, the switching device and the leakage transformer, both being the key components of the circuit, may respectively be used in common either on a circuit of 200V-240V commercial power supply or on a circuit of 100V-120V commercial power supply. This enables volume production of the key components, which leads to a benefit of reduced cost of the components as well as the cost of heating apparatus.

    摘要: The antithrombotic intraocular lens of the present invention carries a fibrinolytic substance conjugatedly immobilized on its surface and, as such, lyses insoluble proteins such as fibrin deposited on the lens surface from the blood and exudate after implantation to fully retain its lens function. Furthermore, the present invention inhibits adhesion of the lens to the surrounding tissues and contributes to accelerated recovery after operation. The present invention further provides a simple method for immobilizing a fibrinolytic substance by conjugation on the surface of a variety of lens materials including silicones. Moreover, because the fibrinolytic substance is immobilized only to the surface of the lens material, the dynamic and optical properties of the intraocular lens are not adversely affected.
