摘要: A method for forming images by providing a first image formed with silver halide photographic material which has been imagewise exposed and developed according to conventional photographic processes. Thereafter, forming a second image by imagewise transferring ink of a heat fusible thermal transfer ink sheet onto the first image. The surface layer of the ink contacting the layer having the first image contains a resin having a hydrophilic group, the color tone of the second image has the relationships in the CIE coordinate, L*.ltoreq.30, -5.ltoreq.a*.ltoreq.+5 and +0.1.ltoreq.b*.ltoreq.+50, and glossiness measured according to JIS-Z8741-1983 is at least 100. The resulting image is a photographic image with a heat transfer image thereon.

摘要: In an AV (audio and video) system, it is possible to suppress such a feeling of a user that he has to wait for an actual operation of an AV appliance after an operation instruction has been inputted until the AV appliance is actually operated. Upon receipt of a recording operation instruction of a VTR 3 issued from a remote controller 2, a CPU 12 first turns ON a power supply of the VTR 3. Thereafter, such a message indicating that the inputted instruction corresponds to the recording operation of the VTR 3 is displayed on a CRT 17. When a user inputs an instruction for confirming this message via a remote controller 2, the CPU 12 instructs the VTR 3 to start its recording operation.

摘要: A bus system is disclosed in which the CPU reads program controlling data from a ROM and stores the read data into a RAM through an internal bus line. The CPU causes interrupts on the RAM at predetermined timing to thereby supply data required for controlling to such electronic units as a VTR and an LDP. With the described arrangement, no matter of what specification the communication IC used may be, the change required to be made in the related program can be reduced.

摘要: A lubricating paint including a resin mix, a lubricant additive and silica. The resin mix consists of a urethane resin with molecular weight of over 3,000 and an epoxy resin, with the solids of the urethane resin accounting for 50-97 wt % of the solids of the resin mix. The lubricant additive accounts for 2-40 wt % of all of the solids in the lubricating paint. The silica accounts for 5-100 wt % of all of the resin solids in the lubricating paint. The lubricating paint of the invention exhibits improved formability, corrosion resistance (rust resistance) and lubricity as compared with prior art paints. It also has improved weldability, stain resistance and chemical resistance.

摘要: A conversion coating, predominantly consisting of tin phosphate, can be deposited on steel or tin plated steel surfaces by contact with a solution containing phosphate ions, tin ions, an oxidizing agent such as chlorate, and a chelating agent for the tin ions, the latter to prevent the rapid loss of tin from the solution that otherwise would occur. A coating that confers excellent resistance to corrosion in hot water is formed on drawn and ironed thinly tin plated cans.
