Abstract: A filtration filter is suitable for performing cross-flow filtration by using a metallic porous membrane. A metallic porous membrane has a membrane portion for filtering filtration objects contained in a fluid and a held portion provided at its outer periphery. A first frame member and a second frame member hold the held portion of the metallic porous membrane there between. The held portion has a bent portion bent to a second principal surface side opposing a first principal surface of the membrane portion. The first frame member is in contact with the held portion at the first principal surface side of the metallic porous membrane. The second frame member is disposed at an inner side portion of the first frame member and is in contact with the held portion at the second principal surface side of the metallic porous membrane.

Abstract: A cell filtration filter that includes a metal membrane part that has a first main surface on which the cells are to be captured and a second main surface that opposes the first main surface. The metal membrane part has a plurality of hole edges that define a plurality of first through holes and a support region that is arranged around the hole edges and supports the hole edges. In the support region of the metal membrane part, a plurality of second through holes, which have smaller openings than the first through holes, are arranged so as to surround the hole edges. On the first main surface of the membrane part, the hole edges are raised with respect to the support region.

Abstract: A filtration filter device that enables the sealability of a fluid channel to be improved is provided. A filtration filter device according to the present invention includes a first channel-forming member that has a first channel through which a fluid flows inside thereof, a second channel-forming member that has a second channel through which a fluid flows inside thereof, and a filtration filter that extends across the first channel or the second channel and that filters an object to be filtered that the fluid contains. The first channel-forming member includes an external thread. The second channel-forming member includes an internal thread. The first channel-forming member and the second channel-forming member have respective inclined surfaces that incline with respect to a screw direction in which the external thread is screwed into the internal thread at positions nearer than the external thread and the internal thread to the first channel or the second channel, and the inclined surfaces are in contact with each other with the external thread screwed in the internal thread such that the first channel and the second channel are in communication with each other.

The container has a space of variable volume that contains a liquid, the liquid including a target substance to be separated by filtration. The channel member has an attachment part to which the container is attached and which provides communication between the space in the container and the channel.
