摘要： Fluorinated emulsifier acids bound to an anion exchanger resin can be eluted using a mixture of water, a compound of the formula M—X, in which M is an alkali metal or an alkylammonium ion, and X is hydroxyl, fluoride or chloride, and at least one organic solvent which completely dissolves the other components. For work-up of the eluent, this is advantageously subjected to steam distillation until all volatile constituents have been essentially removed, and the emulsifier acid is liberated from the steam distillation residue using a sufficiently strong acid. This emulsifier acid can advantageously be distilled off and collected as the ammonium salt in aqueous ammonia solution.

摘要： Perfluorocarbonyl compounds of the formulae IV and V ##STR1## in which R.sub.f denotes perfluoroalkyl, R'.sub.f denotes perfluoroalkylene, R denotes F, Cl, perfluoroalkyl or --OR"' (R"'=alkyl, aryl or aralkyl) and n denotes a number from 0 to 10, are prepared, starting from compounds of the formula I ##STR2## in which R.sub.f, R'.sub.f and n have the same meaning as in the formulae IV and V and R" is F, Cl or perfluoroalkyl, by electrolysis in an electrolyte consisting of fluorosulfonic acid/alkali metal fluorosulfonate and, if necessary, esterification with R"'OH, and decomposition ##STR3## in the presence of catalytic amounts of alkali metal fluorides and/or aprotic N-bases. Most of the compounds IV and V are new; the latter are, above all, valuable heat transfer fluids, lubricating oils or intermediates for the preparation of other F-organic compounds.

摘要： New perfluorinated vinyl ethers containing a secondary hydrogen atom in the molecule of the formula I ##STR1## in which n is 0-5, preferably 0-3 and particularly 0-2, are useful intermediate products (particularly for the preparation of polymeric intermediates and of perfluorinated cation exchangers containing carboxyl groups) and are prepared by(a) reacting 3-H-perfluorobutyryl fluoride IIFOC--CF.sub.2 --CHF--CF.sub.3 (II)with hexafluoropropene epoxide III ##STR2## to give the acid fluoride IV ##STR3## in which n has the same meaning as in formula I, (b) pyrolyzing the acid fluoride IV, as such or after conversion into the corresponding alkali metal carboxylate, at elevated temperature and(c) isolating the vinyl ether I formed in the pyrolysis.

摘要： Perfluorinated carboxylic acid fluorides which also have an ester group in the molecule are prepared by decomposition of perfluorinated fluorosulfato compounds of the formula I ##STR1## in which R=alkyl, aryl or aralkyl with preferably up to 10 C atoms, in particular CH.sub.3 l or C.sub.2 H.sub.5, m=an integer from 1 to 10, preferably 1 to 8 and in particular 1 to 6, and n=0 or an integer from 1 to 10, preferably 0 to 3 or in particular 0 or 1, in the presence of catalytic amounts of at least one alkali metal fluoride and in the absence of solvents; the compounds have the formula II ##STR2## in which R, m and n have the same meaning as in formula I. The compounds II are valuable intermediates, in particular for the preparation of perfluorinated vinyl compounds, which can in turn be processed to homopolymers and copolymers which are exceptionally stable to chemicals or heat.

With the exception of the compound in which R.sub.f =F, n=1 and X=Cl (.dbd.HCF.sub.2 --CF.sub.2 --SO.sub.2 Cl), the compounds I are new.The compounds I are chiefly intermediates in organic fluorine chemistry, in particular for the preparation of perfluorinated ion exchanger resins containing sulfonic acid groups.
