Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may determine that multiple uplink channels are to be transmitted contemporaneously via different antennas on a component carrier. The user equipment may determine a respective transmit power for multiple uplink communications associated with the multiple uplink channels based at least in part on a set of priority rules that identifies a respective priority for the multiple uplink communications. The user equipment may transmit the multiple uplink communications using the respective transmit power. Numerous other aspects are provided.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may identify a transmit power control (TPC) command, associated with the UE, based at least in part on group power control downlink control information (DCI); and determine a loop index associated with the TPC command, wherein the loop index identifies a power control loop, of a plurality of power control loops, for the TPC command. In some aspects, the UE may apply the TPC in association with transmitting an uplink communication, wherein a time gap between receiving the group power control DCI and applying the TPC command is based at least in part on a capability value associated with the UE, or a delay value signaled to the UE. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for uplink control information (UCI) transmission for overlapping physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource assignments with repetition. A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) is provided. The method generally includes receiving scheduling to transmit on the PUSCH in a first one or more slots associated with a first number of repetitions and scheduling to transmit on the PUCCH in a second one or more slots associated with a second number of repetitions. The scheduled transmissions overlap in at least one slot. The method includes determining which channel to transmit UCI on and which channel to drop for each of the first and second one or more slots. The method includes transmitting or dropping the UCI in the first and second one or more slots in accordance with the determination.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are disclosed for multiplexing uplink control information and uplink user data in the same uplink slot. A scheduling entity may use a unified rule to map uplink control information (UCI) in a distributed fashion according to a predetermined step size on each orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol regardless of UCI types. The scheduling entity may use a unified rule to partition the UCI into two parts when frequency hopping is enabled, and use the same unified rule to map the UCI in each hop.

Abstract: The present methods and apparatus relate to wireless communications at either a user equipment (UE) or a network entity in a new radio communication system. The described aspects include receiving, via a communication channel, a scheduling grant from a transmitting wireless device, the scheduling grant including a Resource Indication Value (RIV) corresponding to an allocation of resource blocks (RBs) for communicating on the communication channel. The described aspects further include mapping the RIV to a constrained set of one or more RBs to identify allocated RBs, the constrained set of one or more RBs including a fewer number of RBs than a number of available RBs in a slot or transmission duration. The described aspects further include communicating, with the transmitting wireless device via the communication channel, using the allocated RBs from the constrained set of one or more RBs as signaled by the RIV.
