摘要： An ink dividing assembly for an inking roller in an ink fountain of a rotary printing press is disclosed. One or more inking bars are positioned adjacent the ink roller and carry doctor blades. Thin ink dividing plates are slideably carried in guide depressions formed by guide plates attached to the ends of the inking bars. A front surface of each ink divider plate is curved and sealingly engages the peripheral surface of the inking roller. The ink dividing plates may be spring biased in the guide depressions into contact with the ink roller.

摘要： A printing unit of a printing press includes at least two frame parts whose distance from each other can be varied. Each of these frame parts include two laterally spaced frame plates. The two frame plates in each of the frame parts accommodate at least one cylinder or roller which extends between them. The two lateral frame plates in each frame part are spaced from each other in an axial direction of the supported cylinder or roller. Adjacent ones of the frame parts are connectable to each other by abutting of their respective lateral frame plates. At least three locking and/or centering devices are used to align and to lock together the lateral frame plates of adjacent ones of the frame parts.

摘要： A flexographic printing press is comprised of at least four printing cylinders which are each driven by a respective drive motor. These at least four printing cylinders cooperate directly with a common satellite cylinder during the printing of a web of material. Each of these printing cylinders supports at least one flexographic printing plate. Each end journal of such printing cylinder is mounted in at least one linear bearing that is located on a lateral frame, and which can be moved perpendicularly to the axis of rotation of the respective cylinder. A stator of each driving motor can be moved along with the associated linear bearing, or along with the printing cylinder. Each such drive motor is configured as a synchronous motor which is excited by a permanent magnet. An independent hydraulic actuator is assigned to each printing cylinder, to change the position of that printing cylinder. At least one linear bearing is arranged in a bearing unit which is placed on the interior wall of the respective lateral frame. The journals of each printing cylinder do not penetrate the lateral frames.

摘要： A system is provided for tempering, or controlling the temperature of a printing machine to maintain a desired temperature by the use of a cooling device. The cooling device prepares, on a first output, a tempering medium having at least one first desired temperature level, for a first supply current of the tempering medium for the components whose temperatures are to be controlled. The cooling device provides a first cooling process which can be carried out by a first fluid circuit. Tempering medium, which is to be cooled to a tempering temperature that is below the ambient, or an external temperature, are provided. A second cooling process is carried out by a device for cooling a second fluid circuit which is different from the first fluid circuit, by the use of outside air. The supply circuit, that is used to convey the tempering medium of the desired temperature, to the component whose temperature is to be controlled, can be coupled, in a thermal manner, to both of the cooling processes by the use of at least one heat exchanger.
