Abstract:
The present application discloses a switch supporting method comprising: an eNB sends a path switching request message to an MME to notify the MME of information on a bearer remaining unchanged; the MME reserves the bearer remaining unchanged and does not trigger a deactivation process for the bearer remaining unchanged; the MME sends a modify bearer request message to an SGW. With the present application, data loss can be avoided and service continuity is ensured when a UE moves in a small cell scenario.
Abstract:
The present application discloses a method for configuring and transmitting a key, which includes that: a) a serving cell (PCell) of UE determines a key (KeNB) used by a SCell and transmits the KeNB to the SCell; and b) the PCell transmits configuration information for configuring the SCell to the UE after receiving a response message from the SCell, and receives a response message from the UE. Or, the method includes that: a SCell of UE transmits a cell key request to an MME and receives key information from the MME; and the SCell transmits the key information received from the MME to the UE, and receives a response message from the UE. By the present application, data of the SCell is transmitted after being encrypted, so as to avoid a case that the data is decoded by other users, and further guarantee the security of the data.
Abstract:
A method for transmitting a handover report and for transmitting a radio link failure (RLF) report are provided. The method includes obtaining, by a target base station, at least one of location information of a source cell or location information of a user equipment (UE) history cell during a handover procedure, and transmitting, by the target base station, the handover report to at least one of a source base station or to a base station where the UE history cell is located, according to the obtained at least one of location information of the source cell or the location information of the UE history cell, wherein the handover report including at least one of an unnecessary handover report, a too early handover report, or a handover to wrong cell report.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of radio communications, and particularly to a method and apparatus for processing activation/deactivation of inter-eNodeB carrier aggregation. Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for processing activation/deactivation of inter-eNodeB carrier aggregation, comprising the steps of: receiving, by UE, an MAC CE for activation/deactivation of an SCell sent by a master eNodeB or a secondary eNodeB; determining, by the UE, the corresponding SCell; and performing, by the UE, activation/deactivation to the corresponding SCell according to the indication information in the MAC CE for activation/deactivation.
Abstract:
The present disclosure discloses a method for supporting release of a SIPTO bearer or a LIPA bearer in dual-connectivity architecture. The method is implemented as follows. A MeNB sends a message to a SeNB. The message contains indication information for SIPTO at local network bearer deactivation or LIPA bearer deactivation. The indication information may indicate the SeNB to notify a collocated LGW of releasing PDN connection of SIPTO at local network or the PDN connection of LIPA. After receiving the message, the SeNB removes radio and control plane related resources associated to the UE context or the SIPTO at local network bearer or the LIPA bearer, and if the message contains the indication information for SIPTO@LN bearer deactivation or LIPA bearer deactivation, sends an internal signaling to the collocated LGW to indicate the collocated LGW to release the PDN connection of the SIPTO at local network or the PDN connection of the LIPA. The SeNB is a SeNB supporting functions of the LGW that supports operations of the SIPTO at local network or the operations of the LIPA. By the method of the present disclosure, the SIPTO bearer or the LIPA bearer in the dual-connectivity architecture can be released, thereby avoiding inaccurate operations in an access network, ensuring that the SIPTO bearer or the LIPA bearer can be released duly and accurately, and avoiding inaccurate release of the SIPTO bearer or the LIPA bearer.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a method for supporting UE access control. A base station is informed by a ProSe Function via a MME or informed by the MIME of information indicating whether a UE is authorized for a D2D service. The base station performs an access control to the UE according to the information indicating whether the UE is authorized for the D2D service. The present disclosure further provides a method in which a source base station informs a target base station of the information indicating whether the UE is authorized for a D2D service. The target base station performs an access control according to the information.
Abstract:
A method for handover of User Entity (UE) by a source Base Station (BS) is provided. The method includes determining whether to handover the UE using an X2 interface, transmitting a handover request message to a target BS, the handover request message including Closed Subscriber Group (CSG) information of the target BS, and receiving a handover request acknowledgement message from the target BS, wherein the determining of whether to handover the UE using the X2 interface includes, if there is the X2 interface between the source BS and the target BS, and if the target BS does not support a CSG or the target BS supports a same CSG supported by the source BS, determining to perform the handover of the UE using the X2 interface, and obtaining the CSG information of the target BS through an X2 interface set up procedure.
Abstract:
The present disclosure discloses methods, systems and devices for supporting local breakout in a small cell architecture. A MME sends information of a local breakout bearer for a UE to a MeNB, and the MeNB determines a local home network to which the local breakout bearer belongs according to the received information. When the MeNB is to switch the local breakout bearer between different eNBs, the MeNB selects an eNB in the local home network to which the local breakout bearer belongs as a target eNB. By the present disclosure, the continuity of local breakout traffic may be ensured when a User Equipment (UE) moves in a small cell scenario, thereby avoiding data loss and improving user experiences. Further, a local breakout bearer may be released timely and reasonably, thereby saving system resources.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method of and system for performing the access control as well as a radio resource management entity. The method includes: detecting, by a hybrid radio resource management entity, an access control trigger event, determining, by the hybrid radio resource management entity, a non-Closed Subscriber Group (CSG) User Equipment to be removed, and disconnecting, by the hybrid radio resource management entity, the connection with the non-CSG User Equipment to be removed.
Abstract:
A method of Minimization of Drive Tests (MDT) continuous measurement under multiple Public Land Mobile Networks (PLMNs) is provided. The method includes sending, by an eNB, MDT-related information to a target eNB, or, requesting, by the target eNB, for user consent information from an MME, and transmitting the user consent information among multiple PLMNs without being lost during transmission. In addition, a method for achieving MDT reporting is provided. The method includes reporting, by the UE, a new indication, or, reporting, by the UE, a PLMN identifier configuring the MDT to the eNB, and enabling the eNB to correctly determine whether the UE is requested to report the measurement record to the eNB.
