    摘要: Desired spectral characteristics are attained by making reflection films close enough. A variable spectroscopy device (1) has a pair of optical substrates (2, 3) opposing each other with an interval therebetween, two reflection films (5) opposing each other which are respectively disposed on opposing surfaces of the optical substrates (2, 3), two sensor electrodes (6) opposing each other which are disposed on the same surfaces as the reflection films (5) and which constitute an interval sensor for detecting an interval between the optical substrates (2, 3), and an actuator (4) which relatively moves the optical substrates (2, 3) and changes the interval between the optical substrates (2, 3). A distance between the opposing surfaces of the two sensor electrodes (6) is longer than a distance between the opposing surfaces of the two reflection films (5).

    摘要: An illumination device includes a light source part for emitting light with an intensity distribution approximately uniform in a first direction and a fly-eye lens into which the light is entered. The light source part and the fly-eye lens are arranged such that the first direction is inclined with respect to vertical and horizontal directions of arrangement of lens cells in the fly-eye lens. Since illumination light is entered into the fly-eye lens in a state of inclining with respect to the fly-eye lens, the number of superimposition patterns on the fly-eye lens is increased and illuminance non-uniformity in illumination light is suppressed.

The driven gears n are individually engageable with and disengageable from the hollow driven gear shaft 12. The driving and driven gears m, n mesh constantly. The transmission is intended to realize a smooth speed change by providing cam rods 21,22 within the driven gear shaft 12 for engagement and disengagement between the driven gears n and the driven gear shaft 12 and by providing compact lost motion mechanisms 52, 53 for the cam rods, respectively. There are provided swing pawl members 24, 25 each of which disengageably engages projections 30 formed at circumferentially spaced positions on the inner peripheral surface of each driven gear n to control engagement and disengagement between each driven gear n and the driven gear shaft 12. The cam rods 21, 22 are moved in the driven gear shaft 12 to operate the swing pawl members 24, 25. Gear shift driving means 50 includes a control rod 51 moved in sliding contact with the inner surfaces of the cam rods 21, 22 within the hollow interior of the driven gear shaft 12. Between the control rod 51 and the cam rods 21,22 are interposed the lost motion mechanisms 52, 53 having axially acting springs 52s, 53s.

The driven sprocket member is integrally arranged to always be rotated, and the one-way clutch for transmitting a rotation of the crankshaft to the driving sprocket member while in its normal rotating direction is arranged in the power transmitting path extending from the crankshaft to the driving sprocket member.
