摘要： In a capacity control method for an oil-free screw compressor, when an air consumption is larger than a set amount, a rotation frequency of a motor using an inverter to drive the compressor is set to be variable. When the air consumption is a set air amount or less, the inverter is controlled in such a manner that the rotation frequency of the motor is kept at a constant value. In this state, when an operation gas pressure of the compressor reaches an upper-limit value, an air release valve is opened to discharge the operation gas to the atmosphere. Additionally, the rotation frequency of the motor is lowered to a lower-limit value. Re-compression in the compressor can be prevented, and a compressor drive torque is lowered.

A drive device for use in the machine comprises a main shaft coupled to the incomplete container forming device so as to transmit power thereto, and a transmission shaft having one end connected to the main shaft by a main clutch and the other end coupled to a motor by a secondary clutch, the transmission shaft being coupled to the conveyor so as to transmit power.

摘要： Novel cold rolling oils for steels comprise (A) 40 to 90 wt % of a monoester of an aliphatic carboxylic acid having 12 to 22 carbon atoms and an aliphatic alcohol having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, (B) 0.5 to 10 wt % of at least one of a dimer acid and a polymerized acid of a higher aliphatic unsaturated acid having 16 to 20 carbon atoms, (C) 2 to 40 wt % of a polyester having a molecular weight of 750 to 7500 and obtained by subjecting at least one of a dimer acid and a polymerized acid of a higher aliphatic unsaturated acid having 16 to 20 carbon atoms to condensation with a polyol under heating conditions and reacting remaining carboxyl groups of hydroxyl groups of the resulting polyester with an alcohol having 1 to 22 carbon atoms or an aliphatic acid having 12 to 22 carbon atoms, or 10 to 25 wt % of fat and fatty oils, and (D) 0.1 to 10 wt % of a polymer compound having nitrogen atoms in a molecule having a molecular weight of 1,000 to 1,000,000 such as a homopolymer or copolymer of monomers of the following general formula: ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 represents H or CH.sub.3, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 independently represent H or an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms.The cold rolling oils for steels have good lubricity, surface cleanability with excellent heat resistance and oxidative stability.

摘要： A device for attenuating pulsation of a fluid in a piping system comprises fluid-branching pipes extending from the piping system in which there are pulsation waves, and a plurality of orifice elements and a plurality of discs disposed in a dispersed fashion and having a small reflection factor of the pulsation wave and having a total friction factor greater than that of the entire piping system, thereby providing the effect of attenuating the pulsation of the fluid within the system without increasing the resistance of the piping system without increasing power consumption.
