    摘要: Disclosed are a circuit and method for inhibiting a fluctuation in power-supply terminal voltage of a CPU caused by a change in working current of the CPU, which is connected to a DC power supply. The circuit includes a CPU controlled between a sleep state and an operating state by the value of a stop-clock signal applied thereto from a stop-clock terminal; a transistor inserted in parallel with the CPU across power-supply terminals thereof; and a control circuit for controlling the flow of current into the transistor in dependence upon a change in the power-supply current of the CPU caused by a change in the stop-clock signal, thereby inhibiting a fluctuation in voltage across the power-supply terminals of the CPU.

    摘要: An electrically-conductive polymer having an improved heat resistance is provided. This polymer contains an electrically-conductive polymer matrix, a multivalent proton acid, and an aromatic compound. The cleavage reaction of the main chain of the electrically-conductive polymer matrix is suppressed. As the polymer matrix, a polymer of pyrrole, thiophene, or aniline, or one of derivatives of pyrrole, thiophene, or aniline is preferably used. As the multivalent proton acid, a proton acid having two or more hydrogen atoms such as sulfuric acid, citric acid, salicylic acid, oxalic acid, and phthalic acid in each molecule is preferably used. As the aromatic compound, a sulfonic acid having at least one sulfonic group in each molecule such as p-toluensulfonic acid, p-ethylbenzenesulfonic acid, p-pentylbenzenesulfonic acid, p-octylbenzenesulfonic acid, p-decylbenzenesulfonic acid, p-dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid, 1-naphthalenesulfonic acid, 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid, and butyl naphthalenesulfonic acid is preferably used.

    摘要: A solid electrolytic capacitor free of short circuits which may be caused by the creeping of a solid electrolyte comprising a conducting polymer, and having high volume efficiency per volume. The solid electrolytic capacitor is constructed by successively forming an oxide film, a solid electrolyte (conducting polymer) and a cathode layer on an anode body which has an anode lead planted thereon. Then heating is applied, by a heater chip, to a part of the solid electrolyte that has crept from the head of the anode body along the anode lead to convert it is insulation, so as to produce a solid electrolyte insulated portion thereby. Or, in another way, the creeping solid electrolyte can be removed by heating with a heater chip and generating a thermal decomposition reaction thereof while supplying sufficient additional oxygen.

    摘要: The invention provides a method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor having oxide film of valve action metal as a dielectric substance and conducting polymer as solid electrolyte. The method includes the steps of forming solid monomer compound on a surface of the oxide film by applying monomer compound solution to the surface and then drying the monomer compound solution, and forming a conducting polymer layer by polymerizing the solid monomer compound with an oxidizer. The method provides a capacitor having a quite small impedance in a resonant frequency and also having a superior high frequency characteristic.

    摘要: A process for producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having a superior magnetic characteristic, comprising the steps of: hot-rolling a silicon steel slab comprising 0.021 to 0.100 wt % C, 2.5 to 4.5 wt % Si, one or more elements for forming inhibitors, and the balance consisting of Fe and unavoidable impurities, to form a hot-rolled sheet; coiling the hot-rolled sheet at a coiling temperature lower than 700.degree. C.; subsequently cold-rolling the hot-rolled sheet at a reduction of 80% or more, effected by a plurality of rolling passes, to a final product sheet thickness; holding the steel sheet at a temperature of from 50.degree. to 500.degree. C. for 1 minute or longer at least once at the stage between the rolling passes of the cold rolling; decarburization-annealing the cold-rolled sheet; and final-annealing the decarburization-annealed sheet.
