    摘要: Hanging conveyance equipment according to the present invention comprises a carriage, a number of work supports and a work hand. The carriage travels along a horizontal travelling path, which has stop positions arranged along it. Each of the work supports is fixed below one of the stop positions. An amount of work-lifting positioning and an amount of work-lowering positioning are set for each of the work supports. The work hand can hold a work W hanging from it. The work hand is supported by the carriage in such a manner that the work hand can be positioned horizontally two-dimensionally with respect to the carriage. The work hand can vertically move with respect to the carriage to load a work onto or unload a work from each of the work supports. When the work hand is lowered from the carriage in each of the stop positions to lift a work from the associated work support, the work hand is positioned horizontally two-dimensionally in accordance with the amount of work-lifting positioning for the support. When the work hand is lowered from the carriage in each of the stop positions to lower a work onto the associated work support, the work hand is positioned horizontally two-dimensionally in accordance with the amount of work-lowering positioning for the support.

    摘要: A dielectric filter includes a dielectric ceramic block having the shape of a rectangular prism and including three or more through-holes formed therein in parallel. An inner conductor covers the inner surface of each of the through-holes to form the corresponding resonator. An outer conductor covers a predetermined outer surface of the dielectric ceramic block, excluding the open end surface. Input/output pads are formed on one side surface of the dielectric ceramic block such that the pads face the two end resonators. Each of the through-holes of the end resonators is provided with a counterbore. An auxiliary conductor is disposed on the open end surface to face at least one intermediate resonator between end resonators. The auxiliary conductor at least partially surrounds the intermediate resonator with an insulating gap formed therebetween, and is connected to the outer conductor on the side surface on which the input/output pads are provided. The auxiliary conductor is formed by a conductive material disposed in a concave portion formed in the open end surface and having a pattern corresponding to the pattern of the auxiliary conductor.

    摘要: There is disclosed a method of manufacturing a dielectric filter in which the dielectric filter can be manufactured in a short time, machining accuracy is raised and a cutting tool is prevented from being easily damaged. First in a degreasing process (S1), a surface of a porcelain element body 2 is cleaned. In a surface roughing process (S2), in order to enhance the adhesion of a plating layer to be formed later, the surface of the porcelain element body 2 is etched to form a rough face. Subsequently, after a catalyzer layer is formed entirely on the surface of the porcelain element body 2 (S3), a portion of the catalyzer layer is removed with an ultrasonic cutter (S4). Then, formed is a region on which an insulating region is to be formed. Subsequently, in a plating process (S5), a conductive layer is formed on a region other than the insulating region. The dielectric filter is thus manufactured. Since the catalyzer layer is thin, it can be removed in a short time, and is superior in productivity. The ultrasonic cutter requires to provide only a small power. Therefore, machining accuracy is enhanced, and the running cost can be reduced.

In addition, by placing a reinforcing layer material on the top surface, bottom surface, or both surfaces of the second particle layer, and carrying out thermal compression integral molding of the first particle layer, the second particle layer, and the reinforcing layer material(s) simultaneously, it is possible to provide a sound absorbing material which is provided with rigidity to enable the material to be free-standing, without impairing the above advantages and the sound absorbing ability of the material.
