摘要: A box-shaped plastic housing of integrally molded resin comprises a flat-shaped bottom wall having a peripheral edge and an upright wall extending upwardly from the peripheral edge of the bottom wall. The bottom wall and the upright wall cooperatively define an integral box-shaped molded product. The thickness of the bottom wall is in the range of two-thirds to one-third with respect to the thickness of the upright wall. The bottom wall is provided with at least one rib on its inner surface. The housing is produced by an injection molding process using a mold having a mold cavity which is provided with a groove on the inner surface of the cavity corresponding to each rib.

摘要: A deep-frying apparatus includes an oil tank for holding cooking oil in which food is fried. The oil tank includes sloping walls. Burners positioned outside of the oil tank heat the sloping walls. Interior surfaces of the oil tank near the surface of the cooking oil and the interior surfaces of the sloping walls are coated with a fluorine compound. The apparatus prevents accumulation of food debris on the interior surfaces of the oil tank and the sloping walls of the oil tank.

摘要: An angular rate detector is disclosed having a first and a second detecting electrode 6a, 7a, which detect a second oscillation produced by Coriolis force, and disposed at locations which are symmetrical with respect to a direction of excitation D2 of a piezoelectric oscillator 2 and which corresponds to nodes of a first oscillation produced by the excitation. When the piezoelectric oscillator 2 rotates in a certain direction, a first signal appearing at the first detecting electrode 6a will be lagging in phase while a second signal appearing at the second detecting electrode 7a will be leading in phase. An electrical circuit produces an angular rate signal which represents a phase difference between the first and the second signal. In order to achieve a level of the first and the second signal which can be sensed by the electrical circuit it the angular rate is equal to zero, in a first embodiment, the first and the second detecting electrode 6a, 7a are disposed so as to be offset from nodes of the first oscillation of the oscillator 2 by an amount .crclbar. toward the direction of the first oscillation D2. In a second embodiment, impedances of electrical circuits of the vibration system D2 and the detection system D3, D4 are chosen so that the resonant frequencies of the first and the second oscillation are different relative to each other. In a third embodiment, a weight is added to or a notch is formed in the oscillator to achieve a relative offset between the resonant frequencies of the first and the second oscillation.

摘要: A deep-frying apparatus includes an oil tank for holding cooking oil in which food is fried. The oil tank includes sloping walls. Burners positioned outside of the oil tank heat the sloping walls. Shield plates are positioned inside the oil tank, substantially parallel to and spaced from the sloping walls, to shield the sloping walls from food debris. The shield plates are detachably mounted in the tank and have vents formed in the shield plates. The shield plates are coated with fluorine compounds and may be automatically vibrated by a vibration device. The apparatus prevents accumulation of food debris on the heated sloping walls of the oil tank.

摘要: A sensor for detecting rotational movement includes a cylindrical shaped resonator having an outer surface, a first pair of diametrically opposed driving electrodes provided on the outer surface of the resonator, a second pair of diametrically opposed driving electrodes provided on the outer surface of the resonator, a device for generating concurrently a first force and a second force at each of the first driving electrodes and each of the second driving electrodes, respectively, in such a manner that the first force reverses its direction along the radius of the resonator at a regular interval, the second force reverses its direction along the radius of the resonator at a regular interval, and the direction of the first force is opposite to the direction of the second force.

摘要: An acceleration detecting device which detects an acceleration and/or deceleration. The acceleration detecting device comprises a beam, supporting member supporting both ends of the beam, a weight for twisting the beam in response to an applied acceleration substantially provided at the center of said beam, and, a detector for detecting the amount of the twisting deformation of said beam. When the acceleration is applied to the detecting device, the beam is bent and deformed in proportion to level of the acceleration. The deformation of the beam is detected by the detector, and the signal according to the level of the acceleration is output from the detecter.
