摘要: A MEMS microphone chip with an expanded back chamber includes a first chip unit and a second chip unit. The first chip unit has a first substrate, a vibration membrane layer is formed above an end of the first substrate, and a space is formed below the vibration membrane layer of the first substrate, so that the vibration membrane layer is suspended above the first substrate to vibrate. The second chip unit has a second substrate to couple with another end of the first substrate, and a groove is formed in the second substrate with a width larger than that of the space; when the first substrate and the second substrate are coupled together, the groove and the space are connected together to act as the back chamber of the vibration membrane layer.

摘要: A method of efficacy anticipation and failure examination for an apparatus is disclosed. The method first establishes an anticipation model, and then trains the anticipation model by calibrating the same using errors obtained between a realistic data and an anticipated data, so as to use the calibrated anticipation model to estimate the performance efficacy of an apparatus or any component in the apparatus, and also to acknowledge if there is any abnormality occurred during the operation of the apparatus or the component.

摘要: A cooling device applied in a projection apparatus and the projection apparatus are provided. The projection apparatus comprises a first light source, a second light source, a third light source and the cooling device. The cooling device comprises an airflow guiding device and a fan. The airflow guiding device is adapted to define a first flow path and a second flow path. The first flow path has a first position, while the second flow path has a second position and a third position, correspondingly disposed with the first light source, the second light source and the third light source, respectively. The fan is adapted to generate airflow. The airflow is divided into a first airflow and a second airflow entering the first flow path and the second flow path, respectively. Thereby, the cooling device is capable of matching the heat dissipation requirements of the light sources and reducing the noise generated by the cooling device by using only one fan.

摘要: A display device including a first voltage generator, a second voltage generator, a timing controller, a level shifter and a display panel is provided. The first voltage generator is configured to generate a gate high voltage. During a first period, the gate high voltage is a first voltage. After the first period, the gate high voltage is a second voltage. The first voltage is higher than the second voltage. The second voltage generator is configured to generate a gate low voltage. According to the gate high voltage and the gate low voltage, the level shifter shifts the voltage levels of the start signal, the clock signal and the inverse signal produced by the timing controller for driving a plurality of shift registers disposed on a substrate of the display panel. The shift registers is configured to output scanning signals in sequence.

摘要: The present invention provides a PoC system (push-to-talk over cellular system) and a method for distributing media data in PoC. The PoC system includes a plurality of clients, a controlling server and a first participating server. In the present invention, since a media receiving port is established in the first participating server which manages at least two clients at the same time, and when a media data is going to be distributed to the clients managed by the first participating server, the controlling server delivers the media data to the media receiving port only. In addition, a multicast addressing technology is further used in the first participating server, therefore, the path of delivering media data is changed and the efficiency of media data delivery during a communication is improved.

摘要: An imaging, differential optical sectioning interference microscopy (DOSIM) system and method for measuring refractive indices and thicknesses of transparent thin-films. The refractive index and thickness are calculated from two interferometric images of the sample transparent thin-film having a vertical offset that falls within the linear region of an axial response curve of optically sectioning microscopy. Here, the images are formed by a microscope objective in the normal direction, i.e., in the direction perpendicular to the latitudinal surface of the thin-film. As a result, the lateral resolution of the transparent thin-film is estimated based on the Rayleigh criterion, 0.61λ/NA.
