摘要: An electronic imaging apparatus having a section for generating imaging data which indicates an imaging condition; an optical finder mechanism for introducing light from a subject to a finder; a data display device for displaying at least one of the subject's image and the imaging condition in the finder; and a switching device for switching between light incident/non-incident states for the optical finder mechanism. When imaging is not performed, the switching device makes the light incident on the optical finder mechanism. When imaging is performed and the image signal is not recorded, the switching device makes the light incident on the optical finder mechanism, and the subject's image and the image formed by the data display device are superimposed and displayed in the finder. When imaging is performed and the image signal is recorded, at least the image formed by the data display device is displayed by the switching device.

摘要: There is provided an electronic component-recognizing device for taking an image of an electronic component brought to a component-sensing station, for recognition thereof. The component-sensing camera takes the image of the electronic component by utilizing reflected light from the electronic component. A lighting mechanism lights the electronic component. The lighting mechanism comprises a light-guiding element, a ring light guide, and a light source. The light-guiding element is arranged annularly such that the light-guiding element can diffuse illumination light and emit the diffused illumination light toward the electronic component obliquely from below. The ring light guide holds the light-guiding element. A light source supplies the illumination light to the light-guiding element.

摘要: A displacement measuring method and apparatus can measure positions and displacements of measurement objects with high precision without regard to surface roughness. Optical beams emitted from a light source are converged through an objective lens, are incident on a surface of the measurement object, are reflected off the surface of the measurement object, and are received by an optical detector. In measurement of the surface of the measurement object, optical-intensity curves are defined while the objective lens is being shifted in the optical-axis direction. According to optical-intensity curves thus defined, a threshold Pth is defined, a center of gravity of a graph region surrounded by the optical-intensity curve is defined, and the focal point of the objective lens, when positioned at the center of gravity, is determined to be the position of a surface of the measurement object.
