摘要: In a bus system, in accordance with reservations of transfers of isochronous blocks of data and with requests by the node devices for transfers of ones of the isochronous blocks of data and regular blocks of data, a bus manager generates a schedule of the operating rate of a bus channel, the frequency of assignment of the bus channel, and the size of a continuously transferred piece of data on the bus channel for each of the blocks of data, so that the piece of data is transferred at the operating rate of the bus channel as low as possible in each transfer cycle.

摘要: To provide a technology enabling a quality of service (QoS) to be kept, the security against interception to be ensured and a communication route to be switched over without interruption of communications, and capable of restraining processing time and the number of adjusting parameters. Coding is effected by such a type of coding method that when coding communication information into information blocks by dividing the communication information into a plurality of information blocks, there are needed the information blocks of which the number is equal to or larger than a predetermined threshold value in order to decode the information blocks into the original communication information, when there are two or more usable communication routes in the case of sending the information blocks to a partner communication device, the information blocks are allocated to each of the communication routes in such a way that the number of information blocks to be sent per communication route is set less than the threshold value required for decoding the information blocks, and the allocated number of information blocks are sent to each of the communication routes.

摘要: In a SiC semiconductor device fabrication method, on fabricating a SiC semiconductor device, a graphite layer formed on a Ni silicide film is eliminated by sputtering, oxidation, reduction, or evaporation of heating. A wiring electrode is then formed on the Ni silicide on which no graphite layer is formed. This increases adhesion force between the wiring electrode and the Ni silicide film on the SiC substrate, and thereby prevents that the wiring electrode peels off from the Ni silicide film on the SiC substrate.

摘要: A transmitter redundantly transmits data in an available band range when transmitting data. A receiver discards redundancy and receives the data. The receiver also redundantly transmits ack in an available band range. Since data is redundantly transmitted/received, there is a high possibility that data may reach the opposite party normally even if one of the duplicate data is lost. Accordingly, high-speed communication can be realized. Since time no data flows through a communication route is reduced, network resources can be effectively utilized.

摘要: A transmitter and a receiver each have an apparatus for carrying out retransmission processing at a TCP layer and an apparatus for carrying out encrypted-data communication at an IPSec layer. The apparatus operating at the IPSec layer has a buffer for storing encrypted data transmitted by the transmitter. When a request for retransmission of data is received from the receiver, in spite of an operation carried out at an IP layer, information available at the TCP layer is obtained and data corresponding to the encrypted data stored in the buffer is returned to the receiver in response to the request.

摘要: A method of preparing a schedule for a substrate processing apparatus. A plurality of lots are processed by the substrate processing apparatus including a plurality of processing sections for processing substrates. An order of processing the lots is determined based on a recipe including a plurality of processing steps for successively processing the lots in the processing sections. The method includes, in determining the processing order, a step of allocating a first processing step for one of the lots, and thereafter allocating, as a next processing step, one of next processing steps for the lots preceded by a processing step having the earliest
