    摘要: A method for evaluating the surface state of a silicon wafer is here disclosed which comprises the steps of directly bringing an internal reflection element having a larger refractive index than that of silicon into close contact with the surface of the silicon wafer, selecting a light source having a wave length range which compounds present on the surface can absorb, entering light having a larger incident angle than critical angle from the light source into the element, and then evaluating a chemical bond state on the surface containing impurities or impure atoms by means of a multi-reflection method.

    摘要: A heat-transfer recording medium is disclosed, which produces no lowering in transfer density even when the medium is used under such higher-temperature conditions as in a facsimile equipment and is capable of providing an easily readable transferred image having a low surface gloss, as well as having an excellent keep-secrecy and producing few voids.     摘要: A sintered cam ring is secured to the inner surface of a cylindrical body by means of a bolt. A fuel injection pump has a rotor which supports a roller rotating along the inner surface of the sintered cam ring and is driven by an engine. The sintered cam ring is provided in the outer surface thereof with a groove extending along the central axis thereof. A positioning member for fixing the position of the groove and that of a pin hole formed in the body for receiving a bolt is inserted such as to stretch between the groove and the pin hole. Further, a bolt is employed to secure and tighten the positioning member fitted in both the pin hole and the groove from the outside of the body.
