Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and apparatus for transmitting group downlink control information (DCI), wherein the method includes: transmitting group DCI to a user side, wherein the group DCI includes N bit blocks, and each bit block carries indication information including at least one of: an identifier of a user to be fed back (UE-ID), an identifier of a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ) process (HARQ-ID) of the user to be fed back, and a bitmap mapping of K HARQ processes of one user; and the indication information carried in each bit block of the group DCI is configured to indicate feedback information of the corresponding HARQ process.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for determining a scheduling gap, wherein, the method comprises: demodulating the NarrowBand Physical Downlink Control Channel in order to determine the initial subframe of the scheduled NarrowBand Physical Downlink Shared Channel (NB-PDSCH) or the NarrowBand Physical Uplink Shared Channel (NB-PUSCH), wherein, the basis for determining the initial subframe comprises at least one of the following: the final subframe of the NB-PDCCH, the final subframe in the search space where the NB-PDCCH is located, the resource allocation within the scheduling window, and the scheduling gap indication. The implementation of the present technical solutions solves the problem of how to determine the scheduling within the NarrowBand system, thereby saving indication expenditure and improving resource usage efficiency.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems that enable accurate dynamic resource indication are disclosed. In one example aspect, a method for wireless communication includes receiving, by a terminal, a first signaling message from a first network device. The first signaling message includes a time domain resource allocation (TDRA) field that maps to at least one group of time domain resource information that includes an offset for determining a first transmission resource for a first transmission between the terminal and the first network device. The method also includes performing, by the terminal, the first transmission with the first network device using the first transmission resource. a position of the first transmission resource is determined according to at least one valid slot in a plurality of slots identified using a starting point associated with the first signaling message and the offset in the first signaling message.

Abstract: Provided are a hybrid automatic repeat request timing method and apparatus. The method comprises: in the case where a device detects physical shared channel transmission within a first target transmission time interval (TTI), the device transmitting an acknowledgement instruction (ACK) response or a negative acknowledgement instruction (NACK) response of a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) of a corresponding physical shared channel within the (pre-set number)th TTI after a second target TTI, wherein the number of symbols L1 contained in a TTI for downlink data transmission and the number of symbols L2 contained in a TTI for uplink data transmission satisfy the following condition: LI∈{1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7}, I=1 or 2. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the problem in the relevant art that an HARQ timing relationship cannot satisfy the further shortening of a TTI length is solved.
