    Abstract: A method for cross-system network information interaction, and a network element of a terminal system network, and the method includes: receiving, by a terminal, a request message for acquiring history information of the terminal, transmitted by a network element of a specified system network, after the terminal successfully establishes a connection with the system network or the terminal transmits a connection establishment success message or reestablishment success message to the system network; transmitting, by the terminal, history record information of the terminal staying in all the system networks, other system networks except the system network, or a specified system network, to a network element of the system network. In the embodiments of the present document, based on a definition of history record information of the terminal in the WLAN system, a cross-system interaction of the history record information of the terminal in 3GPP-WLAN system may be realized.

    Abstract: Disclosed are methods for receiving device discovery information and sending device discovery information, and UE. The method for receiving the device discovery information includes that: first UE receives device discovery information sent by second UE, wherein the device discovery information contains at least one piece of the following information: UE identification information and attribute information of the UE; and the first UE performs D2D discovery and/or D2D communication under the condition that the device discovery information is consistent with a preset condition.     Abstract: A maintenance method and device for neighbour information of a mobile relay are provided. The above-mentioned method includes: neighbor relation information is acquired when the MR resides in a designated station, wherein the neighbor relation information includes: information about a cell to which one or more user equipment (UE) dominated by the MR can be migrated; and a neighbor list of the MR is maintained according to the neighbor relation information. By using the above-mentioned technical solution provided in the disclosure, the technical problems that, in the related art, there is not yet a solution for the MR to achieve the automatic generation and optimization of neighbour cells in a mobile environment (such as high-speed rail environment) etc. are solved, thereby enabling the UE of the MR to be quickly migrated to an appropriate neighbour cell, optimizing the MR switching process and the network performance.
