    Abstract: Wireless communication device and methods for operating the same. One wireless communication device includes an electronic processor configured to operate the wireless communication device in a first security mode of a plurality of available security modes. The electronic processor is also configured to evaluate one or more environmental context parameters associated with the wireless communication device, determine, based on the environmental context parameters, whether communications of the wireless communication device are susceptible to a potential cyber-security threat, and, in response to determining the communications of the wireless communication device are susceptible to the potential cyber-security threat, transition the wireless communication device to a second security mode of the plurality of available security modes to determine whether the potential cyber-security threat is present, wherein at least one selected from a group consisting of the frequency scanning feature and the frequency hopping feature is enabled in the second security mode.

    Abstract: A device, system, and method for electronic access control to reunify persons is provided.     Abstract: Techniques for dynamic optimization of radio access network sites are provided. A wireless communications infrastructure identifies that a piece of user equipment(UE) is connected to a base station associated with a current Radio Access Network(RAN) site that does not have sufficient backhaul resources to support the piece of UE. A target RAN site that has sufficient backhaul resources to support the piece of UE is identified. The target RAN site associated with at least one base station. A Radio Frequency (RF) signal transmitted from at least one of the base station associated with the current RAN site and the at least one base station associated with the target RAN site is modified. The modification causes the piece of UE to handover from the base station associated with the current RAN site to the at least one base station associated with the target RAN site.

    Abstract: Techniques for virtual assistant situation commentary are provided. At least one image frame of a field of view (FOV) of a camera may be received, the at least one image frame intended to be sent to at least one participant of a talk group. A description associated with each element of a plurality of elements within the FOV of the camera may be generated. It may be determined that the at least one participant of the talk group is not currently visually engaged. Audio communication of a sender of the at least one image frame may be monitored to identify a reference to an element of the plurality of elements. The audio communication may be supplemented to include portions of the description of the element that were not included in the audio communication from the sender when it is determined that the at least one participant is not visually engaged.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for accurate representation of camera field of view in two-dimensional mapping applications. One example system includes a transceiver, a display for displaying a graphical user interface, and an electronic processor. The electronic processor is configured to provide, on the graphical user interface, a two-dimensional map representing the real-world area and determine a plurality of characteristics for the camera. The electronic processor is configured to generate a three-dimensional model for the field of view based on the plurality of characteristics. The electronic processor is configured to determine an intersection plane for the three-dimensional model and generate, based on the intersection plane, a two-dimensional slice of the three-dimensional model, the two-dimensional slice being representative of the field of view within the area. The electronic processor is configured to generate a first graphical representation of the two-dimensional slice and present the first graphical representation on the two-dimensional map.
