    摘要: Method for producing pulverized coal, the method comprising the steps of heating a drying gas, preferably an inert gas, in a hot gas generator (26) to a predefined temperature; feeding the heated drying gas into a pulverizer (20); introducing raw coal into the pulverizer (20), the pulverizer (20) grinding the raw coal to pulverized coal; collecting a mixture of drying gas and pulverized coal from the pulverizer (20) and feeding the mixture to a filter (34), the filter (34) separating the dried pulverized coal from the drying gas; and collecting the dried pulverized coal for further use and feeding part of the drying gas from the filter to a recirculation line (38) for returning at least part of the drying gas to the hot gas generator (26). According to an important aspect of the present invention, the method comprises the further step of controlling an exit temperature of the mixture of drying gas and pulverized coal exiting the pulverizer (20) by controlling a volume of water injected into the heated drying gas before feeding it into the pulverizer (20).

This system comprises a light deflecting device (40) with a peep sight (28) arranged in a first face (46) of the light deflecting device (40) and an optical sensor (30) arranged in a second face (48) of the light deflecting device (40). A light deflector (41) is arranged within the light deflecting device (40) for directing incident light from the tuyere zone towards the peep sight (28) and towards the optical sensor (30). The light deflecting device (40) comprises a housing (56) with a spherical body (60) rotatably arranged therein. The spherical body (60) comprises three passages: a first passage (62) which is, when the light deflecting device (40) is connected to the rear portion of the blowpipe (18), facing the tuyere for allowing incident light from the tuyere zone to enter the spherical body (60); a second passage (70) facing the peep sight (28); a third passage (72) facing the optical sensor (30). The first, second and third passages (62, 68, 72) are configured so as to meet each other within the spherical body (60). The light deflector (41) is arranged within the spherical body (60) at the intersection of the first, second and third passages (62, 68, 72). Furthermore, the light deflecting device (40) comprises an opening (76) in a third face (50) of the housing (56) for accessing the spherical body (60) for allowing rotation of the spherical body (60) within the housing (56). The spherical body (60) comprises a socket (78) facing the opening (76) in the third face (50). The opening (76) is a guiding slot (86) whose width is substantially the same as a diameter of the socket (78).

    摘要: A spreading device (10) for the spreading of bulk material on a circular surface comprises a distribution plate (12) mounted about a central shaft (14); at least one radially extending slit (16) arranged in the distribution plate (12); and a scraper device (24) for spreading the bulk material over the length of the slit (16). The bulk material is preferably granular or powdered covering material to be deposited as an insulation layer on the top layer of a casting mold containing molten steel or metal. According to the present invention, a rectangular distribution trough (22) mounted on the distribution plate (12), the slit (16) being arranged within the distribution trough (22). Furthermore, a feed pipe (30) is arranged so as to feed bulk material into the distribution trough (22) onto an area corresponding to the rotational center (18) of the distribution plate. The slit (16) extends from the rotational center (18) of the distribution plate (12) to the edge (20) thereof. Finally, the scraper device (24) comprises at least one linearly displaceable scraper (28) arranged within the distribution trough (22) so as to feed the bulk material through the distribution trough (22) radially outwards from the rotational center (18) of the distribution plate (12). The invention also relates to a method for applying a homogeneous layer of material onto a circular surface by using such a spreading device (10).
