    摘要: To provide a method for operating a blast furnace with which the combustion efficiency of a solid fuel, such as pulverized coal, is improved, thereby making it possible to improve productivity and reduce CO2 emissions. Pulverized coal and LNG are blown from an upstream lance configured by a double tube, and oxygen is blown from a downstream lance on the downstream side in a hot air blast direction, so that oxygen used for preceding combustion of the LNG is supplied from the downstream lance, and the pulverized coal whose temperature has been increased by the combustion of the LNG is combusted along with the supplied oxygen. When a direction perpendicular to the hot air blast direction is designated as 0° , and a downstream direction and an upstream direction therefrom in the hot air blast direction are designated as positive and negative, respectively, a blowing direction of the oxygen from the downstream lance with respect to the blast direction ranges from −30° to +45° , and a blowing position of the oxygen from the downstream lance with reference to a position at which the upstream lance is inserted into a blast pipe ranges from 160° to 200° in terms of a blast pipe circumferential direction angle.

    摘要: There is provided a top-firing hot blast stove including a burner and a burner duct capable of stabilizing an ignition point at a desired position inside the burner duct and suppressing occurrence of blinking phenomenon so as to achieve high combustion efficiency.A top-firing hot blast stove 10 includes a checker chamber 4 and a combustion chamber 3 which includes a burner system and placed above the checker chamber 4. The burner system includes: a burner 1 provided with a fuel gas pipe 1c and combustion air pipes 1b, 1d; and a burner duct 2 communicating with a burner exit 1a of the burner 1, the burner duct 2 communicating with the combustion chamber 3 through a burner duct outlet 2b, wherein an aperture enlarged portion 2c where an aperture D1 of the burner duct 2 is enlarged is provided over a section from a middle of the burner duct 2 to the burner duct outlet 2b, so that an eddy current ED of the mixed gas MG flowing toward the combustion chamber 3 through the burner duct 2 is formed in the aperture enlarged portion 2c.

    摘要: A method for heating a blast furnace stove having a combustion chamber with a combustion zone therein, includes causing combustion gases to flow through and be exhausted from refractory material in the stove for heating said material, supplying and adding an oxidant comprising an oxygen content of at least 85% into the combustion chamber for recirculating the combustion gases including said oxidant into the combustion zone, wherein the recirculating the combustion gases is from a location inside the combustion chamber, but outside an area of the combustion chamber occupied by the combustion zone, and the supplying the oxidant to the combustion zone is at high velocity through at least one lance, thereby entraining the combustion gases into the combustion zone, diluting a mixture of the fuel and the oxidant with the recirculated combustion gases, and flamelessly combusting said mixture in the combination zone.

    摘要: A connecting structure of a blast furnace hot stove of the type in which a heat accumulation chamber dome and a combustion chamber dome are directly connected to each other through a dome connecting pipe which does not have any expansion joint. The ratio (RD/TD) of the diameter (RD) of the dome connecting pipe to the diameter (TD) of the heat accumulation chamber dome approximately meets the condition wherein 0.24.ltoreq.(RD/TD).ltoreq.0.60, while the ratio (RD/ND) of the diameter (RD) of the dome connecting pipe to the diameter (ND) of the combustion chamber dome approximately meets the condition wherein 0.44.ltoreq.(RD/ND).ltoreq.0.80. The connecting structure may have a reinforcement ring provided on straight barrel portions immediately under the heat accumulation chamber dome and the combustion chamber dome, and a connecting beam may be fixed at one end to one of the reinforcement rings and engage at its other end with the other of the reinforcement rings for limited sliding motion. The connecting structure may further have a reinforcement member provided in each of the regions where the dome connecting pipe is connected to the heat accumulation chamber dome and the combustion chamber dome.

    摘要: A ceramic burner for gas, for a combustion chamber of a hot-blast stove of a blast furnace, has parallel vertical supply ducts for the two combustion components (gas and air). A first one of said ducts opens upwardly at a first outlet which is substantially oblong in plan view and the second of said ducts opens at a plurality of second outlets which are located on either side of and above the first outlet, the general discharge directions of the second outlets being oblique to that of the first outlet. In order to provide improvement in the mixing and homogenisation of the combustion components, the first outlet has, as seen in plan view, a slot shape and has, in its long sides, a plurality of recesses which extend outwardly towards the second outlets. The second outlets are arranged alongside the said long sides of the first outlet with the second outlets on one side opposite those on the other side. The recesses are, along the length of the first outlet, located alternately in said long sides and, on each said long side, directed towards alternate ones of said second outlets.
