    摘要: An integral molding method of gasket of a fuel cell component member in which a gasket body is integrally molded with an outer peripheral portion of a membrane electrode assembly and a peripheral portion of an opening formed on the membrane electrode assembly by cross-linking molding using a mold having a heating means, the membrane electrode assembly comprising a proton exchange membrane, a gas diffusion layer integrally laminated on both sides of the proton exchange membrane via a catalyst carrier layer constituting an electrode. The mold has a cavity corresponding to a molding portion of the gasket body and a heat insulation zone corresponding to a power generating functional portion of the fuel cell component member, a not-cross-linked gasket material is filled in the cavity and the gasket material is molded by heat cross-linking molding using the heating means, whereby a heat generated by molding is prevented from being transmitted to the power generating functional portion by the heat insulation zone. The heat insulation zone is constructed with a recessed portion formed on the mold corresponding to the power generating functional portion, and an inner wall of the recessed portion is attached with a heat insulation material.

The rotated seal member comprises a pulsar provided with a support member and a magnetized body. The support member of the pulsar includes a small-diameter cylindrical portion fitted and fixed to a cylindrical portion of the rotated seal member, a large-diameter cylindrical portion having the magnetized body provided therein, and a connecting portion connecting both of the cylindrical portions. The support member of the pulsar is fitted and fixed to the axial inner portion of the cylindrical portion of the rotated seal member such that the connecting portion is set inward in the axial direction.

    摘要: A sealing device for sealing a space between two members relatively rotating in concentricity, comprising: a slinger fixedly fitted into one of the members, a core member fixedly fitted into the other of the members, and an elastic seal member attached to the core member, the elastic seal member having a seal lip elastically and slidably contacting with the slinger. The slinger has a fitting cylindrical portion to be fitted into the one member and a flange portion extending from the fitting cylindrical portion in its radial direction, whereas the seal lip has a base portion fixed to the core member and constitutes an axial lip elastically and slidably contacting with the inner surface of the flange portion of the slinger. The peripheral surface of the fitting cylindrical portion of the slinger and the corresponding peripheral surface of the base portion of the elastic seal member closely face each other with substantially constant space along the axial direction of the slinger, thereby constituting labyrinth construction between them.

    摘要: A bearing sealing device is used for sealing a bearing assembly by inserting the sealing device through an insertion hole in the bearing assembly and mounting it in a fitting groove formed therein. Individual bearing sealing devices may be obtained by punching operations, and may be produced in large quantities and continuously without requiring any subsequent treatment such as removal of burrs. The bearing sealing device thus formed provides improved firm fitting to the bearing assembly. The bearing sealing device includes an elastic sealing ring and a backing ring combined with each other. The elastic sealing ring has a sealing lip around the peripheral edge thereof extending beyond the corresponding peripheral edge of the backing ring. With the bearing sealing device mounted on the bearing assembly, part of the lip is formed to include a swelling that extends outwardly of the fitting groove so as to embrace the peripheral edge of the backing ring, thus holdiong the backing ring firmly.

A first member is fitted onto the inner member, and a second member includes a seal lip portion and a core member fitted into the outer member. The first member has an inner diametrical side cylindrical portion, circular plate portion, and outer diametrical side cylindrical portion. The core member has a cylindrical portion and circular plate portion. A first labyrinth portion is formed along the shaft direction in a gap between the outer diametrical side cylindrical portion and the core member cylindrical portion which face each other diametrically. A second labyrinth portion is formed such that an end face on the bearing space side in the outer diametrical side cylindrical portion faces the core member circular plate portion. A diametrical direction length of the end face is equal to or more than 0.6 mm.
