    摘要: A ball screw with ball splines is provided which eliminates a fear that balls within a screw groove override spline grooves.A ball screw with ball splines includes a screw shaft 1 having a screw groove 6 and a plurality of straight line-like spline grooves 7 extending in an axial direction which are formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof, a screw nut 2 through which the screw shaft 1 is inserted and on which a screw balls circulating path is formed which corresponds to the screw groove 6 on the screw shaft 1, a spline nut 3 through which the screw shaft 1 is inserted and on which spline balls circulating paths are formed which correspond to the spline grooves 7 on the screw shaft 1, a plurality of screw balls 4 installed in the screw balls circulating path on the screw nut 2, and a plurality of spline balls 5 installed in the spline balls circulating paths on the spline nut 3. A radial position at a bottom 7a of the spline groove 7 on the screw shaft 1 lies further radially outwards than a radially outermost portion of a ball contact portion of the screw groove 6 where the ball contacts when a maximum load is exerted thereon.

    摘要: To provide a rolling-bearing sensor attaching sealing device capable of ensuring a sufficient magnetic force with respect to a sensor and a vehicle rolling bearing using the same.A vehicle rolling bearing 1 according to the invention includes a sensor attaching sealing device including an annular slinger 10 fixed to an inner shaft 2; a magnetic encoder 11 fixed to the slinger 10 so as to be integrally rotatable; and a sensor part 12 which includes a metal core 14 fixed to an outer ring 3 and provided with a seal member 15 slidably contacting with the slinger 10 and a magnetic sensor 13 detecting a relative rotation between the outer ring 3 and the inner shaft 2 by a variation of a magnetic pole using the magnetic encoder 11. The magnetic encoder 11 is formed by a plastic magnet which contains magnetic powders oriented with a magnetic field in a predetermined direction.

The rotated seal member comprises a pulsar provided with a support member and a magnetized body. The support member of the pulsar includes a small-diameter cylindrical portion fitted and fixed to a cylindrical portion of the rotated seal member, a large-diameter cylindrical portion having the magnetized body provided therein, and a connecting portion connecting both of the cylindrical portions. The support member of the pulsar is fitted and fixed to the axial inner portion of the cylindrical portion of the rotated seal member such that the connecting portion is set inward in the axial direction.
