摘要: A magnetizing method for tone wheel and apparatus, wherein the method comprises the steps of preparing a ring reinforcement made of magnetic material and attached to an annular body to be magnetized, the ring reinforcement comprising a tubular part and an other part integrally formed with the tubular part; holding the tubular part of the ring reinforcement with a fixture such as a jaw type chuck made of non-magnetic material; and apply an alternate magnetic flux to the annular body while axially rotating the fixing means, keeping one end of a magnetizing yoke approximate to the surface of the annular body, the alternate magnetic flux forming a circular closed loop which passes the one end of the magnetizing yoke and the other end of the magnetizing yoke, via the annular body and the ring reinforcement midway, thereby magnetizing the annular body in a manner that S poles and N poles are alternately formed along its periphery.

摘要: A sealing device with a tone wheel formed to seal between a fixed side member and a rotating side member. A slinger comprises a fitting cylindrical part fitted to the rotating side member and a flanged part radially extendedly formed at one end part of the fitting cylindrical part positioned on the outer side of a sealed portion. The outer surface of the flanged part positioned on the outer side of the sealed portion comprises a tone wheel stuck surface on which the tone wheel formed of a magnetic ring is stuck integrally with each other and an extended surface on which the tone wheel is not stuck and extended to the fixed side member. The sealing device is characterized in that a core comprises at least a fitting cylindrical part fitted to the fixed side member, the one end part of the fitting cylindrical part positioned on the outer side of the sealed portion is projected from the outer surface of the flanged part of the slinger to the outside, a part of the seal lip part is formed to be brought into elastically slidable contact with the extended surface of the slinger from the outside, and the flanged part is held by the seal lip part and the other seal lip part from the inside and the outside.

摘要: A heat treatment apparatus for ceramics is adapted to heat treat a ceramic raw material such as a slurry for obtaining a pulverized ceramic material. The apparatus comprises a drum body (1) which is transversely supported and rotated about its axis, and a number of rolling media (2) which are stored and stirred in the drum body (1). The drum body (1) has a pyramidal inner surface, so that the rolling media (2) are strongly stirred following rotation of the drum body (1), whereby the ceramic raw material is heat treated and pulverized effectively.
