    摘要: A vehicle safety seat system includes a seat, and a frame and support surface that are movable with respect to each other between rest and attenuated positions, wherein the frame and support surface are respectively a first and second distance apart. A biasing mechanism biases the frame and support surface to the rest position between blast and slam down phases. A damper coupled between the frame and support surface has blast and rebound recovery resistance settings. The blast resistance setting is set to a predetermined value based on a weight of a seat occupant. The damper, during the blast phase, resists motion between the frame and support surface toward the attenuated position based upon the blast resistance setting, and after the blast phase and prior to the slam down phase, resists motion between the frame and support surface toward the rest position based upon the rebound recovery resistance setting.

The seat includes an occupant support defining a support surface for an occupant of the seat, and a mounting assembly coupled to the occupant support and rigidly mounted to the vehicle. The mounting assembly resists non-vertical movement and guides vertical movement of the occupant support relative to the mounting assembly. The seat also includes a shear member having a first hardness and a sacrificial member have a second hardness lower than the first hardness. The sacrificial member is sheared by the shear member in response to a generally downward force on the occupant support arising from inertia of the occupant in the presence of a rapid upward movement of the vehicle. Shearing the sacrificial member absorbs energy associated with the rapid upward movement of the vehicle and accommodates downward movement of the occupant support relative to the mounting assembly, reducing acceleration of the occupant.

    摘要: Disclosed are work machine vehicles having an operator protective structure with a seat mounted in the operator protective structure. In disclosed embodiments, first and second adjustable armrest assemblies are mounted to a structure of the seat such that the first and second armrest assemblies can be adjusted in fore and aft directions relative to a seatback of the seat. Vehicle controls are integrated with the first and second adjustable armrest assemblies such that adjustment of the first and second adjustable armrest assemblies adjusts positions of the vehicle controls relative to an operator sitting on the seat. After adjustment, the vehicle controls and the operator sitting on the seat are maintained at constant relative positions with respect to each other even as the work machine vehicle moves over rough terrain and the seat moves up and down. A nested seatbar is pivotably mounted to a structure of the work machine vehicle such that the nested seatbar can be moved to a down position in which portions of the nested seatbar are located between the first and second adjustable armrests.

Further, influences such as an error in parameters and disturbance are compensated for by a balancer that moves in the forward-backward direction.
