摘要: Disclosed is a scroll compressor including: an orbiting scroll having an orbiting scroll end plate and an orbiting volute formed on one side of the orbiting scroll end plate, and a fixed scroll having a fixed scroll end plate and a fixed volute formed on one side of the fixed scroll end plate. The fixed and orbiting scrolls match each other in order to form a series of compression cavities therebetween including a central compression cavity and middle compression cavities located radially outside of the central compression cavity, and. The middle compression cavities include at least a set of a first middle compression cavity and a second middle compression cavity. A fluid channel selectively communicating with a discharge area is provided between the first and second middle compression cavities, and the first middle compression cavity directly communicates with the second middle compression cavity by means of the fluid channel.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for pumping or compressing a fluid, the apparatus characterized by a compression chamber including an inlet and outlet, opposed front and rear vane members disposed inside said compression chamber, each vane member including at least one axially extending vane segment and at least one radially disposed open segment adapted to receive a vane segment of the opposed vane member, wherein adjacent vane segments of mating vane members form radial compartments there between. The assembly further includes a swing arm assembly for effecting equal and opposite rotational oscillation of the front and rear vane members such that adjacent vane segments oscillate toward and away from one another simultaneously, thereby creating a bellowing effect which draws fluid into the chamber via the inlet and discharges fluid out of the chamber via the outlet. The invention further relates to an assembly for translating rotational motion of an input shaft to oscillatory motion of the vane members.

摘要: A method and apparatus for producing and controlling flow rate of a compressed gas produced by a compression system having one or more stages of compression formed by a centrifugal compressor or compressors, inlet guide vanes to control flow through the compression stage or stages and an electric motor directly coupled to the stage or stages having a restricted speed zone within which vibrational modes can damage the electric motor. A desired flow rate is obtained by speed adjustment alone and with the inlet guide vanes positioned at 0° when the speed will lie above or below the restricted speed zone. Where a desired flow rate would require extended operation of the electric motor at a speed within the restricted speed zone, the speed is set to the uppermost level of the restricted speed zone and the desired flow rate is obtained through appropriate positioning of the inlet guide vanes.

摘要: An air compression device is applied in an air compressor. A rotatable pressure regulating disk and a valve are disposed in a rotor set. When external air enters an air chamber in the rotor set, the air is exhausted after being compressed through rotation of a first rotor and a second rotor. When the two rotors compress the air, a user may control the pressure regulating disk to rotate to advance or postpone exhaust of the air from the valve, so as to change an exhaust pressure in the air chamber to adjust an exhaust volume output by the rotor set. An adjustable air intake disk may further be added, so that timing adjustment can be performed during both air intake and exhaust.

摘要: A scroll compressor comprises a first scroll member having a generally spiral wrap and a second scroll member having a generally spiral wrap. The generally spiral wraps interfit to define compression chambers. A pair of ports leads from the compression chambers. A pair of valves selectively blocks flow of refrigerant from the ports leaving the compression chambers. The valves selectively control the flow such that flow may pass from neither of the two ports, from both of the two ports, or from only one of the two ports to provide three levels of capacity control.

摘要: A heat pump system may include first and second heat exchangers, a compressor, and a fluid conduit. The compressor may include a capacity modulation system providing first, second, and third capacities of the compressor. The second capacity may be less than the first capacity and greater than the third capacity. The fluid conduit may provide fluid communication between the first and second heat exchangers and the compressor. The fluid conduit may define a first flow path from the compressor to the first heat exchanger and from the first heat exchanger to the second heat exchanger during a cooling mode and a second flow path from the compressor to the second heat exchanger and from the second heat exchanger to the first heat exchanger during a heating mode. The compressor may operate at the first capacity during the heating mode and at the second capacity during the cooling mode.
