摘要: Discussed is a system for managing a state of a battery, the system including: a user terminal to set location information about a location at which the battery is stored and output the set location information; a battery information obtaining device connected to the battery and to obtain battery information including at least one of voltage, SOC, and SOH of the battery and output the obtained battery information; and a performance detecting device connected to the user terminal to receive the set location information, connected to the battery information obtaining device to receive the obtained battery information, and to determine a target location at which the battery is stored, obtain environment information of the determined target location, set reference state information of at least one reference cell stored around the determined target location, and detect performance of the battery.

摘要: In one aspect, computer-implemented method may include receiving, from a cloud-based computing system, one or more machine learning model parameters that are configured to enable predicting a remaining useful life of each cell of a battery pack of a vehicle. The method may include loading, into memory of a processing device at the vehicle, the one or more machine learning model parameters, receiving data comprising one or more measurements and one or more user battery usage profiles, and based on the data, executing a trained machine learning model with the one or more parameters to input the data and to output the remaining useful life of each cell of the battery pack.

摘要: A battery system includes first to N-th battery modules sequentially connected in a daisy chain configuration; and a master controller connected to the first battery module through an interface IC, selecting at least one target module among the first to N-th battery modules, and transmitting a control command for the target module. The target module unidirectionally transmits the control command received from the master controller, and bidirectionally transmits response data generated in response to the control command. The master controller selects the N-th battery module as the target module first, and selects the first battery module as the target module last.

摘要: The disclosure relates to accurately determining a DC energy signal, such as a DC current or DC voltage, which may be particularly useful when controlling a formation/testing current of a battery cell during formation and/or testing. In the battery formation/testing context, a current sensor is used to measure the current of the battery cell, which is used as a feedback signal for controlling the current to achieve a target current. The transfer function of the current sensor is used to improve the accuracy of the current measurement. Because the transfer function can be regularly determined during formation/testing, a lower-cost current sensor with relatively poor temperature coefficient may be used. Any change in the gain of the current sensor may be detected by the transfer function determination and corrected for. Therefore, high current control accuracy may be achieved at lower cost.

摘要: A system for watering an electrolyte or lead acid battery in which the cumulative amount of water added during each filling event is determined by detecting the amount of water passing from a supply hose to the battery. A fluid dispensing member, such as a direct fill link or nozzle, can be attached to and detached from a single point watering subsystem. A flow detector, such as a flow meter, in fluid communication with the fluid dispensing member can wirelessly output the cumulative water added to specific batteries to an interactive computer application, which can include a wireless component such as a smartphone or tablet communicating with a remotely located interactive database.
