    摘要: A syringe has an injection mechanism configured to be detachably connected to a medicine vial. The injection mechanism can be manually triggered to convert an injection mode and a standby mode; the injection mechanism has a housing, a spiral pushing assembly, a metering guide sleeve, a total volume control nut, a diagonal tension knob, and a metering screw; after the medicament liquid in the medicine vial is used up, a user can remove the medicine vial, the injection mechanism can be converted into the standby mode, and non-return ratchet buckles of the metering guide sleeve can be disengaged from a one-way ratchet portion of the housing; thus, the metering screw can be pushed back to an original position, and the total volume control nut is pushed back to an initial full volume position of the metering guide sleeve, so that the syringe can be reused.

    摘要: A drug self-delivery device comprising a body portion containing a drug vial and a needle assembly, where the body portion is slidably engaged to a trigger portion. When engaged by a user pressing the trigger portion against the user's flesh, the needle assembly relative to the drug vial so as to align a needle port with an integral drug delivery port connected to the drug vial thereby allowing fluid flow of medication through the needle. Seals engaged by a penetration spring prevent loss of medication and prevent the need for direct connection between the needle assembly and the drug vial.

    摘要: A clutch assembly with a blocking system for a medical injection device, in which a first ratchet sleeve (3) is mounted on the clutch sleeve (2), the first ratchet sleeve (3) being rotatable in two directions and cooperating with a second ratchet sleeve (4) which is mounted on the first ratchet sleeve (3), the second ratchet sleeve (4) being rotatable only in one direction, the housing (1) has an internal toothed ring (1.1), the first ratchet sleeve (3) has at least one ratchet (3.1), and the second ratchet sleeve (4) has an internal toothed ring (4.1) and at least one ratchet (4.2). The second ratchet sleeve (4) and the housing (1) have blocking means (4.3, 1.2) for preventing the arming of the device when an insufficient volume of the medicament remains in the container, by blocking the rotation of the second ratchet sleeve (4) in relation to the housing (1).
