Abstract:
Provided is a flash card capable of enabling or disabling CPRM. The flash card comprises a card body; a plurality of contacts formed on a front end of the card body; a flash memory chip provided in the card body; and a controller electrically connected to the contacts and the flash memory chip respectively. The controller comprises at least one register having a preset value. Data in the flash memory chip is adapted to be accessed via the controller either in a CPRM mode when a CPRM function of the flash memory chip is enabled by setting the preset value as a CPRM function enabled or in a normal mode when the CPRM function of the flash memory chip is disabled by setting the preset value as a CPRM function disabled.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a multi-functional integrated circuit card module with a mixed interface, which comprises a controller, multiple first pins and second pins coupled to the controller, and a non-volatile memory whose read/write function is controlled by the controller. The controller works at a first mode after detecting the first pins complying with first interface characteristics while the second pins not complying with second interface characteristics; and the controller works at the first mode plus a second mode after detecting the first pins complying with the first interface characteristics and the second complying with the second interface characteristics.
Abstract:
A mini-type connector has a substrate, a plurality of metal joints and a metal frame. The substrate includes a connector and a circuit board, wherein the connector is extended from the circuit board. The plurality of metal joints is assembled to the connector of the substrate for being electrically connected to an external electronic device. The metal frame covers the connector of the substrate for enhancing the stress-resistance strength of the connector. The connector is integrally formed with the circuit board.
Abstract:
An electronic card capable of changing communication functionality of a coupled electronic device is disclosed. A removable interface has at least a card detection pin which is set at a first state or a second state based on the coupled electronic device. A functional module provides a communication functionality via an access bus or a specific application bus based on whether the card detection pin is at the first state or the second state. A bridge is provided for bridging and converting signals of the interface bus on the removable interface into signals of the access bus or the specific application bus, or vice versa. A multiplexer device selects signals of the access bus or signals of the specific application bus based on whether the card detection pin is at the first state or the second state for being switched to the interface bus.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses an electronic card with multiple interfaces, which includes a first and a second interface connection port, an interface signal converter, a first and a second switch device and a card loading detection device. The interface signal converter converts second interface connection port signals to predetermined interface signals. The first switch device is arranged between the second interface connection port and the interface signal converter. The second switch device is arranged between the interface signal converter and the predetermined interface. The card loading detection device detects whether the first interface connection port is connected to an electronic device. If the first interface connection port is connected to an electronic device, the card loading detection device turns off the first and second switch devices.
Abstract:
A multi-swap communication module includes a motherboard and a daughterboard. The motherboard is provided with a plurality of necessary components for maintaining the operation of a wireless communication card and the daughterboard is connectable with the motherboard. The daughterboard is a modular add-on card swappable according to different requests, while the motherboard reads control data selectively either in the motherboard or in the daughterboard by means of a swapping action of the daughterboard.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a modular packing integrated circuit card and its manufacturing method. The above modular packing integrated circuit card comprises a shell, a composite chip unit, and a switch card with a specific interface format. The switch card has a predetermined space for locating the composite chip unit, and enabling the predetermined pins of the composite chip unit to be connected with the predetermined lines of the switch card. The switch card further includes an interface device for a specific interface format so as to connect with the predetermined lines. Finally, the switch card is fastened in the shell. Consequently, the composite chip unit can be manufactured as different interface formats by using different switch cards, such that different interface formats are easier to be exchanged with each other.
Abstract:
This invention discloses a stacked flash memory chip package and a method for the stacked flash memory chip package. A first flash memory chip is mounted on a substrate, in which the first flash memory chip has an inactive surface for adhering to the substrate and a number of bond pads are all disposed on one side of an active surface of the flash memory chip. Then, a second flash memory chip is mounted over the first flash memory chip in a non-alignment manner so that the second flash memory chip shields part of the active surface of the first flash memory chip and that the bond pads of first flash memory chip are exposed. Then, the bond pads of the first flash memory chip and the bond pads of the second flash memory chip are respectively connected to the circuit of the substrate by wire bonding.
