    摘要: A method and apparatus for preparing foodstuffs cooked in a liquid in a cooking vessel is provided. According to various aspects, an induction heating device includes a resonant circuit with an induction heating coil. A parameter value of the resonant circuit may be determined, depending on a temperature of a bottom of the vessel. During a heating-up phase, a high-frequency rectangular voltage may be applied to the resonant circuit to supply heating power to the bottom of the vessel. A heating power setpoint may be periodically varied and may be set to a first value during a first interval of a period, and set to a second, smaller value during a remaining interval. A determination of a change in the parameter value within the period may be made, and an evaluation of the change in order to determine the boiling point of the liquid and end the heating-up phase.

    摘要: An arrangement for the control of electrically controllable appliances, particularly electric cookers proposes for each cooking point an operating element magnetically held in contactless manner on the top or front of a plate, e.g. a glass ceramic plate. Below or behind the plate is located a magnet, which magnetically secures the operating element, which can in this position be rotated in contactless manner sensors are operated, which are used for changing the control of the cooking point. Both the control and the fixing of the operating element take place in contactless manner. The plate requires no openings, passages, depressions, etc. The operating elements can be removed on overcoming the magnetic holding force. This removal can be utilized for the complete disconnection of the cooker.

    摘要: A control device for an electrical heating device for a cooking field with a cooking field plate comprises an electro-mechanical switching device for adjusting a power of said heating device with different power levels and comprises two different heating element. The switching device is configured so that starting from a zero-position and rotating in a first rotation direction, a power level for a first heating element is adjusted in a cooking-mode. Rotation in the other direction activates a second heating element in a warm-keeping mode with significantly lower power. A relay is closed by a thermomechanical temperature sensing device below a defined switching temperature of 60° C. to 100° C. and opened above the switching temperature. When closed, the relay connects the two heating elements to an operating voltage for common operation. When opened, the first heating element is switched off for exclusive operation of the second heating element.
