    摘要: An endoscopic image processing apparatus is configured to create a three-dimensional shape model of an object by performing processing on an endoscopic image group of an inside of the object, and includes a processor. The processor estimates a self-position of the image pickup device based on the endoscopic image group, calculates a first displacement amount corresponding to a displacement amount of the image pickup device based on an estimation result of the self-position of the image pickup device obtained by the estimation, calculates a second displacement amount corresponding to a displacement amount in a direction parallel to a longitudinal axis direction of the insertion portion, based on a detection signal outputted from an insertion/removal state detection device that detects an insertion/removal state of an insertion portion inserted into the object, and generates scale information in which the first displacement amount and the second displacement amount are associated with each other.

    摘要: An inverted microscope system provided with a transillumination subsystem that illuminates a sample includes: an eyepiece lens; an objective; a tube lens; a projection device, disposed below the objective, that projects a projected image based on projected image data onto an image plane where an optical image is formed; a first modulation element included in the transillumination subsystem; a second modulation element disposed between the objective and the tube lens; and a processor and a memory, the processor being configured to perform the following steps: generating an analysis result that specifies a candidate cell that is a reproductive cell suitable for fertilization, based on at least the digital image data acquired by the imaging device; and generating the projected image data based on the generated analysis result, wherein the projected image includes a first assisting image that specifies the candidate cell as an assisting image that assists with micro-insemination.

    摘要: An insertion state determination system includes a sensor unit including a first sensor and the system includes a second sensor and a processor. The first sensor is configured to determine a first rotation amount indicating a rotation amount of an elongated insertion unit of an endoscope device around a center axis of the insertion unit. A hole through which the insertion unit passes is formed in the sensor unit. The second sensor is disposed in the sensor unit or an object fixed to the sensor unit and is configured to determine a second rotation amount indicating a rotation amount of the sensor unit around the center axis when the insertion unit is inserted into the subject. The processor is configured to calculate a corrected rotation amount by correcting the first rotation amount based on the second rotation amount.

    摘要: A microscope system is provided with a microscope that acquires images at least at a first magnification and a second magnification higher than the first magnification, and a processor. The processor is configured to specify a type of a container in which a specimen is placed, and when starting observation of the specimen placed in the container at the second magnification, the processor is configured to specify an observation start position by performing object detection according to the type of container on a first image that includes the container acquired by the microscope at the first magnification, and control a relative position of the microscope with respect to the specimen such that the observation start position is contained in a field of view at the second magnification of the microscope.
