摘要: An inlet mixer system for a gas heater includes a housing in fluid communication with an inlet of a combustion blower, and first and second mixer inserts, each removably positionable within the housing. Each mixer insert includes a body defining a mixing chamber, an air intake, and a plurality of orifices disposed radially about the body and extending through the body, which provide respective volumetric flow rates of a fuel gas. When the first mixer insert is positioned within the housing, the inlet mixer system is configured for use with a first fuel gas, and when the second mixer insert is positioned within the housing, the inlet mixer system is configured for use with a second fuel gas.

摘要: An underwater light having a replaceable light-emitting diode (LED) module and cord assembly is provided. The underwater light includes a lens, a bezel, a screw, a cable attachment assembly, a mounting flange, a rear housing, a fastening assembly, an internal lens, a printed circuit board (PCB) including light-emitting diodes (LEDs) mounted thereon, a heat sink, and an electronics assembly. The assembly of the underwater light provides for the dissipation of heat away from the PCB thereby cooling the LEDs and electronic components mounted thereon. The electrically non-conductive nature of the exterior components of the underwater light permit the underwater light to be installed in any location in a pool or spa. Since the exterior of the underwater light is electrically non-conductive, no specific bonding or grounding of the underwater light is necessary.

摘要: A valve assembly includes a first housing that defines an inlet and a fluid output chamber. A second housing is engaged to the first housing and a cover is engaged to the second housing. A valve member is positioned within the first housing. An actuator is positioned between the second housing and the cover and is attached to the valve member through an engagement located within the first housing. A flow rate sensor, as a component of the valve assembly, may be positioned downstream of the inlet and the fluid output chamber.

摘要: Exemplary embodiments are directed to butterfly valves, generally including a body assembly and handle assembly. The body assembly generally includes a body, a disc rotationally disposed inside an opening of the body, a cog, and a stem passing through the disc and the body. The handle assembly generally includes a handle body and a force ring. The stem can be rotationally interlocked relative to the disc and the handle assembly. The cog and the force ring can engage to rotationally secure the disc relative to the body. The handle assembly can include a lever and a grip, the force ring, the lever and the grip being pivotally secured relative to each other. The body can include a male radial protrusion and the body assembly can include a liner with a female radial groove. Methods of assembling and positioning a butterfly valve are also provided.

摘要: An underwater light including a programmable controller and a replaceable light-emitting diode (LED) printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) is provided. The light includes a controller PCBA in communication with the LED PCBA, and a connector for connecting the controller PCBA to the LED PCBA. An optically-transparent potting compound encapsulates the LED PCBA, and the LED PCBA can be safely replaced by removing a rear housing of the underwater light.

摘要: A manifold can determine a turnover scheme including a target turnover schedule of target turnover levels, based on an operation schedule and efficiency setting for a fluid distribution. Each target turnover level can correspond to a volume of fluid to be cycled through the fluid distribution system over a period of time. The manifold can operate respective valves and a supply device based on a target turnover level and determine a current turnover level from a flowrate detected by a flow sensor for at least one of the valves. The manifold can receive a current usage of the fluid distribution system and determine a required turnover level. An override status for the turnover scheme can be based on the efficiency setting and a comparison of the current, target, and the required turnover levels, and the manifold can operate respective valves and the supply device based on the override status.
