摘要： A continuous sintering furnace has an entrance-side deaerating chamber through which trays each with an material to be sintered being mounted thereon may pass, preheating, heating and cooling zones into which the trays are sequentially fed from the deaerating chamber, an exit-side deaerating chamber through which the trays having passed through the cooling zone may pass, a pusher for pushing the tray from the deaerating chamber to the preheating zone, a puller for pulling the tray from the cooling zone to the deaerating chamber, an intermediate puller for pulling the tray from the heating zone to the cooling zone, a vertically movable door between the deaerating chamber and the preheating zone, a vertically movable intermediate door adjacent to the door and arranged at an upstream end of the preheating zone in the direction of transportation of the trays, a vertically movable intermediate door between the heating and cooling zones and a vertically movable door between the cooling zone and the deaerating chamber. With the door being at a lowered position thereof for closing, heat input is suppressed to the cooling zone. Movement of the trays in the cooling zone is effected by the intermediate puller so as to decrease the number of trays needing to be pushed by the pusher.

摘要： A raw material is dispersed around a rotating separator main body having a plurality of classifying blades annularly arranged on the main body and is exposed on a rising flow of classifying air so as to sift off crude powder which cannot be entrained on the flow of the classifying air. The remaining raw material entrained on the classifying air is peripherally introduced into the separator main body for classification into fine and crude powders, the fine power being the powder which is allowed to pass through the classifying blades while the crude powder is the powder which is not allowed to pass. A dispersion plate is arranged between the separator main body and a raw material inlet above the separator main body to receive and disperse the raw material from the inlet. The dispersion plate is rotatable at number of revolutions different from that of the separator main body. Thus, the dispersion plate can be set at proper number of revolutions independently of number of revolutions of the separator main body required for classification.

摘要： Waste paper stock pulp slurry supplied through a stock inlet is separated at screening sections to a high quality stock rejected stock containing contaminants and undefibered waste paper. The high quality stock is sent to a next stage as accepted stock. The rejected stock is sent to a defibering section and is diluted after defibration, part of the rejected stock; being circulated to the screening sections, the remainder being discharged out of the system through a rejection outlet. The provision of screening and defibering sections in one and the same screen can satisfy contradictory requirements, i.e., to increase contaminant removing efficiency, to raise production yield and to attain space and cost savings.

摘要： Synthetic resin structural members are inserted into a hollow joint member to abut each other in the joint member. A bearing-pressure damping member is fitted into each of bolt holes on the members, axes of bolts extend alternately in two mutually perpendicular directions. The structural members and the hollow joint member are secured with bolts and nuts. Due to damping action resulting from elastic deformations of the damping members, a load is substantially evenly distributed over the whole bolts to prevent concentration of the load to some of the bolts. The arrangement of the bolts with their axes extending alternately in two mutually perpendicular directions will shorten the length of the joint member.
