    摘要: A cell electrode plate is constituted by band-like core member made of metal foil and a plurality of sheets of electrode active material applied discontinuously on and longitudinally of at least one of upper and lower surfaces of the core member, the mutually adjacent sheets of the electrode active material having mutually different end positions widthwise of the core member. Thereby, an increase in worn amount of surfaces of press rolls is prevented when the cell electrode plate is pressed by a roll press machine with the press rolls so as to prolong the service life of the press rolls. Thus, the number and/or amount of grinding the press rolls is reduced to reduce the roll maintenance cost and enhance production efficiency.

    摘要: A casing provided centrally with a sealed structure chamber. Small-sized separate four filter elements are arranged each on opposite sides of the chamber such that inflow air from a suction section into the casing is introduced via the filter elements into the chamber. Each filter element is detachably fitted over a filter-element mount having openings at its outer periphery. Upon filter-element replacement, the filter elements are replaced individually by opening a window. An integral cast casing having compressing sections and compressed air passages integrally fabricated therewith by casting is formed with receptacles for first and second intercoolers and an aftercooler. The intercoolers and aftercooler are received in the receptacles. Outlets of the intercoolers are connected with suction sides of second- and third-stage compressors through second- and third-stage suction pipes, respectively. A blowoff silencer is arranged between the integral cast casing and an oil tank.

    摘要: The invention provides a dovetail structure of a fan which attaches a fan 20 having an inlet hub diameter smaller than an outlet hub diameter to a portion around a discoid disc rotationally driven by a turbine. The disc 10 has a plurality of dovetail grooves 12 extending at a fixed angle θ1 with respect to an axis 1 of a rotation axis from a leading edge 10a to a trailing edge 10b thereof, and spaced at a fixed angle in a peripheral direction. The fan 20 has a dovetail portion 22 extending at the same angle as an angle of the dovetail groove and capable of being fitted to the dovetail groove, in an inner end thereof.

    摘要: In the invention, stator blades are arranged in such a manner that respective intervals between the adjacent stator blades (SV) become unequal at least partly. If the stator blades are arranged as mentioned above, there are formed wave fronts having different moving directions and phases, and these wave fronts are interfered with each other so as to be attenuated. Accordingly, an interference noise is reduced. Therefore, in accordance with the invention, it is possible to reduce an interference noise without enlarging a rotor stator blade interval as well as reducing a used amount of a sound absorption material.

    摘要: An oil seal structure of a supercharger (10) has an oil shield member (21), a seal housing (25), and an annular seal member (23) arranged between the oil shield member (21) and the seal housing (25). The oil shield member (21) has a portion in which an approximately circular outer edge is formed in a vertical cross section to an axial direction, in a leading end portion in a compressor side, and the oil shield member (21) has an outer edge reduced-diameter portion (21a) which is formed in the leading end in the compressor side and in which a radius of the outer edge is smaller than the other portions of the outer edge. The seal member (23) is fitted to the outer edge reduced-diameter portion (21a). An opening through which the oil shield member (21) passes is formed in the seal housing (25), and the seal housing (25) is brought into contact with the seal member (23) in an inner edge in a radial direction forming the opening.
