    摘要: An apparatus for displaying a three-dimensional image. The apparatus includes a light source, an intensity modulator to modulate an intensity of a given light beam, a mirror device to modulate spatially the intensity-modulated light beam at a given time instant, a first optics to collimate the spatially-modulated light beam and an image waveguide comprising an in-coupling structure to receive the collimated light beam and an out-coupling structure comprising out-coupling sites. The image waveguide directs the collimated light to the out-coupling structure which selectively redirects multiple reflections towards a segmented optical structure comprising at least two types of segments to redirect a first part of the multiple reflections to form a first type image point P1 at a first focal distance d1, d1′ and a second part of the multiple reflections to form a second type image point P2 at a second focal distance d2, d2′.

The head-mounted display system includes a head-mounted display apparatus including a display driver to drive an image on a display, a tracking system to obtain a pose data, a communication interface to form communication between the head-mounted display apparatus and a remote rendering unit, and a display processor configured to collect a first pose data at a first moment of time and a second pose data at a second moment of time and provide the collected pose data to the remote rendering unit, collect a third pose data at a third moment of time, receive a second initial image from a remote rendering unit, use the third pose data to form a second first initial image from the second initial image and receive V-sync signal from the display driver and thereafter provide the second initial image to the display driver.

    摘要: A display system including an image source, an optical image deflector unit with an image entry surface, and a first optics arranged between the image entry surface and the image source. The image source generates image information for one or more focal distances which is directed towards the image entry surface by the first optics. The optical image deflector unit includes a first surface and a second surface. The first surface is arranged to reflect the directed image information towards a semi-reflective outcoupling surface, with an angle of incidence higher than a first angle. The semi-reflective outcoupling surface is arranged between the first and the second surface to reflect the reflected one or more image information towards the first surface, with an angle of incidence lower than the first angle. The image entry surface is arranged between the image source and a semi-reflective outcoupling surface.
