    摘要: An impact-proofed battery includes a packaging film, an electrode assembly received in the packaging film, tabs extending from an end portion of the electrode assembly, and insulating layers. Each tab includes a connecting region, a packaging region, and an exposed region connected in the order written. The connecting region is electrically connected to the electrode assembly, and the exposed region is exposed from the packaging film. Each insulating layer includes a packaging portion and a protective portion connecting to the packaging portion. The packaging portion covers the packaging region and is between the packaging film and the packaging region. The protective portion is between the connecting region and the packaging film, and an area of the protective portion is greater than an area of the connecting region. The disclosure also provides a device using the battery.

    摘要: A battery includes a battery cell and a terminal post. The first casing includes a first arc sidewall and a flat sidewall connected to the first arc sidewall and the first sidewall. The terminal post is disposed on the flat sidewall. Instead of disposing the terminal post on top of the battery, increased thickness of the battery due to the terminal post is avoided in the present disclosure. The internal space of an electrode device can be fully utilized. In addition, it can prevent the terminal post from occupying the top of the battery and decreasing the number of the electrode plates. Thus, the present disclosure can avoid the reduce of the number of the electrode plates and increase the energy density of the battery.

    摘要: A negative electrode material includes a silicon-based material, where a particle of the silicon-based material includes at least one recessed portion, and the recessed portion is 50 nm to 20 μm in width, and 50 nm to 10 μm in depth. The recessed structure leaves room for the silicon-based material to swell, thereby solving the problem of large volume swelling of the silicon-based material. In addition, when the silicon-based material with the recessed structure is composited with a carbon material, a conductive agent, and the like to form a negative electrode plate, small particles of the carbon material and the conductive agent are embedded into the recessed portion of the silicon-based material, solving the problem of low compacted density of the silicon-based negative electrode material with a recessed structure, and compensating for the low volumetric energy density of the recessed structure.

    摘要: A battery cell includes at least one electrode plate. The electrode plate includes a composite current collector having an ionic conductive material and two active material layers disposed on the composite current collector. The active material layers include a positive active material layer and a negative active material layer. The composite current collector is disposed between the positive active material layer and the negative active material layer. Each of the positive active material layer and the negative active material layer is connected to the ionic conductive material. The battery cell is a multilayered structure formed by folding a single electrode plate upon itself or by stacking the electrode plates together, adjacent active material layers in two adjacent layers of the battery cell are of a same polarity. A battery using the battery cell is also provided.
