    摘要: First receiving recesses for receiving distal end portions of slot insertion portions of normal coil segments, and second receiving recesses for receiving distal end portions of long slot insertion portions of variant coil segments are formed at circumferential intervals on outer peripheral surface of an inner twisting jig corresponding to the innermost layer. In a state where the distal end portions of the long slot insertion portions before being twisted are inserted into the second receiving recesses, the first receiving recesses are at positions displaced in the circumferential direction with respect to the distal end portions to be housed therein. Primary twisting is performed by rotating the inner twisting jig in this state, and then the distal end portions of the normal coil segments are inserted into the first receiving recesses and the secondary twisting is performed with a rotational amount larger than that of the primary twisting.

    摘要: An apparatus for inserting connecting portions of an insulation sheet into slots of a stator core. A housing and a blade grip the insulation sheet by the slit in each of its connecting portions. The housing and the blade are then turned so that the blade engages a tooth of the stator core. The sheet is then bent by a deformation member such that the intermediate area of each body portion of the sheet is deformed and the opposite end areas of each body portion conform to the inside diameter portion of the stator core. Finally, the insulation sheet is moved into the core and the strips of each connecting portion are pushed into the predetermined slots.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for determining the resistance of the coils and commutator connections in an armature of an electric motor wherein a current is generated between a first commutator segment and a commutator segment located at least three segments beyond said first segment, a first voltage is measured across the first commutator segment and an adjacent second commutator segment, a second voltage is measured across the second commutator segment and an adjacent third commutator segment, and a third voltage is measured across a pair of commutator segments which are adjacent to the first commutator segment. After the three voltages are measured, the current is disconnected, and a voltage is generated across two commutator segments spaced at least three segments beyond the first segment. The generated voltage is adjusted so that the voltage measured across the second and third commutator segments equals the previous measurement, and the voltages are remeasured. With the voltages measured across the second and third commutator segments being equal, the connection and coil resistances for the first commutator segment are calculated from the voltage measurements and the value of the generated current. The armature is then indexed, and the measurements repeated, to determine the coil and connection resistance of subsequent segments.

    摘要: Grooves are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on an outer peripheral edge of a circular block, and inner rods are housed in these grooves and arranged to be movable radially along radial directions. The outer rods are provided to be movable radially along radial directions, and respectively face the inner rods. Respective one slot insertion portions of coil segments are inserted into gaps between the inner rods and also into the holding member. The respective other slot insertion portions are inserted into gaps between the outer rods. Thereafter, the whole outer rods are rotated to rotate the coil segments around the slot insertion portions, then the holding member is lowered, and the whole outer rods are further rotated without interference between the holding member and the slot insertion portions to bring the coil segments into close contact with one another.
